The staff was excellent, very attentive. The breakfast was perfect with many options, we had a full breakfast every morning. The evening reception was nice you got to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks, plus they had an area where you could order food if you wanted.The rooms were a perfect size and provided enough space. Everything was clean in the room. My son even left his phone behind after checking out and housekeeping turned it in and I was notified and they mailed it out to us, I did pay for the shipping but it's the first time we have left something behind that was actually returned to us. I felt this was exceptional service!

Nothing major pool water was a bit cold but there was a hot tub to enjoy. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

This is our second visit. The first time was great, our room was quiet. Cool and comfortable. This trip not so much. We could hear everything in the lounge. Sounded like doors slamming all the time. Heard water running heard someone urinating. Can I request our original room next time? But the bartender is amazing so it's forgivable.

I was a very nice hotel stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing, and the evening happy hour too. I will return. Location was great for shopping, eating out and beach.

They only problem was the limited parking in the evening. We has to park on the side street because parking lot was FULL.

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast and happy hour reception was fantastic. The location was perfect. They made us feel welcome and made traveling with our dogs so easy and comfortable. Thank you to the front desk associates who called us to make sure we were still on our way when we were running behind. Can't wait to go back. Thank you all for everything.

We were having issues with the booking.com customer service agent Ali. We had thought we couldn't make our reservation and had tried to reschedule. But we decided to continue with the trip. On our way to the hotel, the agent called but i couldnt hear them. They got so angry, hung up on me and then tried to cancel our reservation. And then he called the hotel to tell them to cancel our room. Thankfully they called us to make sure. Awful customer service with Booking.com but exceptional service with Embassy suites.

Love the location minutes from shops and restaurants and just a short 10 minute drive to the A&M campus.

Rooms were a lil dusty but the restrooms and bed seemed clean. Disliked that there is no option to leave the fan running in the room I can’t sleep with dead silence but I bought a fan at target

Having a full breakfast was so nice to start the day. The pull out sofa was a plus.

The carpet had a small tear and very noticeable. The AC didn't cool very well.

Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and not far from the beach! Pool area was great. Breakfast was exceptional. Loved the omelette bar and the cooks. The older cook was friendly and talkative with guests. The evening snacks and drinks were also exceptional. All staff were cheerful.

I have no complaints.

I literally love this place it's one of me and my husband's favorite places to go our home away from home the breakfast is great the happy hour drinks was great the pool was great the staff was great I love everything about this place even the price was reasonable

everything was amazing from checking in being greeted as soon as we walked in. as soon as we walked in you could smell the cleanness. the reception and breakfast were absolutely great! :)

there was really nothing that we found that disappointed us.
