very nice property and easy access to expressway

the pool was indoor and smelled very bad of chlorine… also my license plates were stolen the second night we stayed and I went to the front desk to speak to manager because the local police dept asked for video footage. the girl at the front desk said there was indeed surveillance but she didn’t have access to it and a manager would call me back. they never did. went back the next day to check out and told them we would be driving back to San Antonio and what happened. reassured me a manager would call back and still haven’t received a phone call so had to drive back to SA with no license.

The location of the hotel is great, near gas stations and restaurants and not far from Corpus Christi's down town area and bay front beach. The breakfast was free, and it was really good better than expected. There was pancakes, eggs, and sausage and a variety of fruit and dietary options. The service was good. The room was pretty. I enjoyed that there was an indoor pool since it was cold outside while I was there. I also enjoyed the patios outdoors with the fire pots and pits.

The attendants at the desk could be a little more friendly when you check in. The bathroom in my room the shower area floor inside the tempered glass and on the tempered glass door had streak marks and stains it could have been cleaner.

Overall, the property was nice. Lovely indoor pool and nice patio with a fire pit and BBQ grill. Breakfast was OK, though I could've used more fruit and cereal options. Almost all of the staff was very helpful. I loved the hardwoods in the rooms because my kids have terrible allergies.

I found random hairs in my towels and around the bathroom. Not a huge fan of other folks DNA on me. A couple employees ignored us at breakfast, refusing to refill the pancake maker. Until the manager showed up and did it himself. The hotel itself is starting to look a little run down, shelves pulling off in the shower, pillows that provide no comfort.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful . The bed was comfortable. The shower was of nice size

One lamp was broken in our room and hanging from the wall. The shower had someone else's hair. Behind the nightstand was filthy as was the corners in room. The reason i saw behind the night stand is because the clock and charger were unplugged. Our room was surface cleaned. Our top sheet was a fitted sheet so was not comfortable. The water station to fill a water bottle was horrible dirty, ick. The outdoor BBQ area had not been cleaned in a very long time. The tables and seating for breakfast were used and left dirty I guess until breakfast was over. Not sure what the meat was that was supposed to be sausage.

I love the fact that they had amenities to keep families entertained with a pool table and board games. The weather was pretty bad when I arrived on Friday was raining pretty ugly and they had the indoor pool very clean.

The continental breakfast was not all that great the pancakes were nasty. The syrup was nasty. They did not have a big selection a good selection. I prefer we prefer waffles, the waffle maker, and other than that you know they had cereal yogurt mill very limited supply, though, considering the timeframe that they had available.

The breakfast bar was very well varied with warm and quick cold foods. I had scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels with cream cheese and fresh fruit and endless warm coffee. The location was ideal not far from ocean drive, Driscoll's children's hospital, surrounded by lots eateries.

The hotel has lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas, a bar would've been a nice option.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was really nice also.

I personally asked housekeeping to clean my room on Friday and they did not. On Saturday, we informed the front desk twice that we wanted housekeeping services and they still didn't clean it. So during our whole stay, we never had our room cleaned.

I loved the full breakfast!! There was plenty of variety that met the preferences of each family member. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Also, we liked that the rooms had plenty of hooks to hang up each of our backpacks so they weren’t just laying on the ground. It was nice and tidy. We enjoyed our stay.

Maybe provide a few extra bath towels in the room. We stayed two nights and had to ask the downstairs desk for more bath towels, but the staff was super friendly and got it for us quickly.

Modern, clean, comfortable beds and nice common areas. We did use the common areas quite a bit (which highlighted the difference with other hotels we stayed at) for having dinner, playing pool and just lounging. Conveniently located to the highway and north beaches, but farther to the barrier beaches. Breakfast was sufficient. Great overall

We loved the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. And we loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Modern and colorful.

Unfortunately, the first room that we were booked to had an adjoining room with a connecting door. It was unsettling, especially since we had a young child with us. But we were to change our room to one without it.
