The staff was very nice and friendly. I love the kitchen. I was able to cook and not eat out , I was able to get things to cook.. There was a icebox in the room. I also love the pool area. Th sofa was a great addition to the room. We were able to eat comfortably as well as sit up an not always be in bed.

I couldn't get more towels when needed. My card didn't work and i had a lot going on to not have the door key work

Booking.com stated I could pay upon arrival. Upon arrival I was told my card had already been charged. Sounds like the hotel was not notified. I was not very happy. As a result check in was delayed. I asked them to allow me to pay and reverse the charges and they said that was not posssible. I returned once again to discuss the issue and then was told ok but it would take 2 to 3 days to reverse the charges. I left the charges on the card but will be hesitant to use Booking.com. I have used booking.com on other ocassions and paid upon arrival without issues. I was not happy.

The environment was good, everything close by. We were able to go to the Malaquite Beach despite of the rain we ended up not paying for that day due to the weather

Only at some point when it was raining, we had water in the room, we were immediately moved to a different room. I can't complain about that that fact that the staff was concerned to resolve it asap.

Location, great price, great staff it was second year staying here during the summer. I love that it has a kitchen that's my favorite part. Having kids with you for 5 days, a kitchen definitely comes in handy.

Water pressure in the shower was kinda low and the bed is a bit hard. Had to go down to the front desk for every little thing when it would have been much more convenient if they already had all that stuff in the rooms, especially when they do have a kitchenette!

The staff was helpful and knowlegable with giving recommendations on what to do in the area... Overall I would probably stay here again in the near future..

Disappointed when we woke up the next morning to get some breakfast to find they were out of their breakfast items.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Now i knew to purchase a blanket and som pillow case covers based on other reviews on the pull out couch being without. The ven was a bit hard but i like that kind of bed. The shower pressure was soft. But it didnt bother becayse i was still able to take a shower just took a bit longer(never ending hit water made it easy to do). It was near all the shops and tons of different places to eat!!!

The only hitch in an all around great place to stay is the stove didnt work in our room. Now i did not bring it up with management that the stove disnt work because it did not hinder my stay in the room. There was a mircowave so i just bought easy foods that could be nuked.

I really enjoyed the room. I also enjoyed the customer service. All of the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

I didn't like that there wasn't a desk and a sofa.

The property was very clean it smelled good. The room was easy to located. The parking lot was safe at all times
