All the staff were great! They went out of our way to make us comfortable. The rooms were perfect, super clean and spacious. The pool area was great….a jacuzzi would be nice. The gym area was nice as well. The location of the hotel is fabulous!? We will definitely be back!

The breakfast wasn’t that great. The scrambled eggs weren’t good at all. one day they were regular eggs and the next day they had like season all salt…regardless either day they didn’t taste good at all. I would have liked to see some chocolate milk for the kids and maybe something easy like biscuits and gravy.

Good location... less than 20 minutes from most major attractions. Very spacious room you with a partition that created a living room....with a full size fridge and even a dishwasher. Full size bath products. Very good breakfast selection and nice staff.

Nothing major...For a great spacious room, the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet when opening. The bathroom shower handle was loose and took a while to get it to closed.

Very happy. Clean rooms and building. Great breakfast. Great central location. Friendly staff which are hard to find these days.

The pool was closed in the morning and my kids were looking forward to swimming, but it was locked due to the chemicals being put in. We waited until 9:30 when they said it would be open but it wasn't. Put them chemicals in at night maybe or earlier.

Amy at the front desk was very personable and friendly. We love the set up of the rooms. Lots of storage and space. Love the full kitchen.

Bed is too close to A/C and air was blowing on me while I slept which was very uncomfortable. It would be better if you could switch the bed and living areas. There should be a mirror on the wall behind the desk area. This area would could double as a vanity if there was a mirror on the wall. It would have made it much more convenient if I could have been putting on makeup while my husband was drying his hair in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and professional. The location was also close to where I wanted to go. The quiet area within and outside of the property was good to allow us to rest.

Everything on the property was fine. I liked everything on your property. The coffee maker was convenient for those of us who enjoy coffee.

I love the atmosphere, the pillows and that they had a full refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was amazing, my favorite part though was that it smelled extremely clean ! Housekeeping is exceptional 🙌

The fact that I couldn't stay longer 😆

If there had been egg white bites, hard boiled eggs or nuts and maple syrup packets to put on top of the oatmeal breakfast would have been perfect (I look for more protein at breakfast, less carbs so muffins don't do it for me. The coffee was very high quality which was great I didn't have to waste money on the starbucks nearby.

Although it is convenient to be by the shopping mall it really makes traffic crazy. I finally figured out I could walk to that plaza that has the Mod Pizza and go to the restaurants there without having to fight traffic. I especially loved that restaurant "Ramen Legend" it was so healthy and delicious with great vegetarian options including three types of tofu, kale noodles and vegetarian miso broth with veggies. The bed was really hot when I slept with the blanket in between the sheets and the coverlet- it's made out of this very unbreathable synthetic fabric and so I was having night sweats and kept turning up the air conditioning. On night three I took that blanket off of the bed and just used the sheet and coverlett- I slept like a baby - much better!

Spotlessly clean, good showers, comfortable bed and two minute walk to big shopping mall for any supplies or food you might require.

Too many pets

The whole facility was very nice and modern. The staff was friendly and did very well to keep covid procedures in place and make us feel safe and comfortable. The room was really nice and roomy. We didnt eat the breakfast but we did see how it was pre packaged individually for covid safety which was nice. Great location for getting to the beach and stores without having to drive very far. The mall was right next door. We got the suite which was nice with the mid size fridge and kitchenware. The bathroom was nice, clean and modern. We didnt take advantage of the amenitites like the pool or gym but we definitely will next stay.

We did use the extra blankets because we like to keep the room cold and they did have a slight odor like if they were stored used. Small aesthetics like a hole around the shower light and small marks on the walls outside the room but those were very minor things that did not affect our stay at all.

Room and Hotel were extremely clean. The rooms with 2 queens with a sofa bed were very spacious. Nice size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink. The Hot breakfast was really good with waffles, oatmeal as well.
