The staff were great and overall atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for. The large lobby features tons of wall and visual art, along with a pool table and funky lounge furniture. The lower lobby are has an awesome bar and fireplace overlooking the outdoor pool area. Very nice!

Breakfast options were not up to par with what this property is. They should really consider new options.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Courteous and helpful. Only got Amanda’s name, she was exceptional but all were great.

house keeping comes every other day which is ok, but the day they were supposed to have come, asked them to return in an hour and they never cleaned the room. So garbage, linens, room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. noise from hallway comes in so rowdy guests coming in the hallway is a disturbance.

For sure the location, lit up parking lot all around. Modern with drinks bar in lobby. Room ac can get super cold 60 degrees. Slept well. Beds were on the firmer side but not uncomfortable.

Hallways were uncomfortably warm and smelled like a sweaty gym. Very odd. Even though lobby was cool and fresh. The shower had a glass door that leaked all into the toilet area. Had to use multiple towels to dry floor after each shower.

Post Pandemic, the thought on everyone’s mind when booking a room is cleanliness. When I walked into my room, it smelled like Saturday afternoon after mom cleaned the house! Little hint of bleach smell and a super tight clean room was all that I needed. Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable, I slept like a baby.

Technology. This is a modern hotel, very modern, but the tv had no ability to connect my phone, tablet, etc. wasn’t a Netflix or Hulu option. No guide on the cable tv. Small inconvenience, not a huge upset, but matters nonetheless. I can’t think of anything else. Really happy about the choice.

The convenient location a short drive to everything - even the beach! Modern decor, comfort, and cleanliness of the room. The pool area is great. And the amazing employees- especially Kasey at the front desk was extra sweet and accommodating. Thank you for the ice and great conversation!

The room smelled musty so we sprayed some citrus oil and that solved it.

Layout of room and desk space. Plenty of closet space, although I didn't use for my short stay. Bedding was comfortable and climate control good. Lighting was adequate and liked the night lighting in restroom area. Very quiet at my room. Nice windows and window shades. .

Glass shower door was not secure and was a concern for falling. Water leaked from the shower and behind the toilet so could become a slipping issue. Bar in lobby and club across the street could be issues on weekends or when busy.

Love the modern atmosphere and design of facility & rooms! Beds are comfortable with great pillows as well. Front desk worker was extremely nice & friendly.

The shower area is a death trap/lawsuit waiting to happen. The floor of the shower plus tiles just out of the shower were EXTREMELY slippery when wet. Both myself & wife slipped multiple times. Strongly needs some type of friction / roughness added especially to the shower floor at minimum!!!!

Everything about this property is awesome. I have stayed here twice, very updated, Staff remembered me from first visit. Wonderful bar, great steak House across the way you can walk to… very comfortable beds and extremely big rooms. great parking. love this hotel! family friendly as well. love their bathrooms the most!

I love The stuff the greeted us every time they saw us. My husband needed help with the gas grilled and the lady in the lobby came out and help us with the grill.it's was close to everything including the stores,restaurants and the beach. The hotel was very clean and they gave us a parking pass so the car didn't get toll. Plenty of towels when we needed it. They also restock water and soap. Overall i love this hotel if we every travel again me and my family will stay here again

That i can hear the neighbors upstairs and next door. Housekeeping on the weekends came around to clean at 10am but on Monday we didn't see them to after 2pm.
