Comfort Inn & Suites North Dallas-Addison

The food was classical hot scrambled eggs and bacon, waffles as the main course. There was also cold self service of cereal, yogurt and muffins with milk. There were other miscellaneous side choices etc. convenient availability. This offering is included with no additional charge, and is greatly appreciated for families and people on the go.

In all of our travels, this Comfort Inn is well managed and we have no issues to report!

It Couldn't have gone better with finding the right Home for a Road Weary ( from EUropean Union ) Pilgrim... At the same time, during breakfast at the Hotel (looking at Artistic photos in the canteen): we managed to find out what they are: (the only on the Blue Planet Earth ( because Texas based ): Bluebonnet Wildflower and Indian PaintBrush ... (thanks to High Culture (at the same time: Sensitive to Beauty): A Couple of Lovers (giving each other this Living Beauty' (I think: nearly 60+ years ago (I wonder what Dallas (and Texas ... ) looked like at that time...) and : How many Years these Lovers reMained Faithful to this Tradition of giving , Blue ' Living Beauty... ) I can't wait to get back to Texas in March/April - so I can see Spring Covering itself with the most beautiful (because: by Nature designed and woven...) Carpet of Colors of : Burgundy, Violet and Blue (Texas) Heaven on Earth... God Bless Texas ... ( and local ( and sometimes: faithfully coming (for decades) to these Meadows ... Being here ( ONLY ) 3 days ... ( But ... Spring is Coming soon ... ;)

I really loved the location! It was close to my aunt, so it was nice to be near her. Loved being near all of the restaurants and food choices. Loved being so close to the Galleria too. Also loved that downtown wasn't so far away either. Appreciated the free parking. I also enjoyed that Netflix was accessible via their TV!

There was nothing bad to me about the hotel. Everything was pretty much okay/mediocre. Nothing bad, but nothing super great either, that stood out. My mother was disappointed by the grab-in-go breakfast. She felt it could've been better. However, in my opinion, that didn't bother me. I felt it was cleaned to an okay standard. It was not dirty, otherwise I would not have stayed. I think it's just outdated and needs remodeling. The staff were not equal in friendliness. However, no one was blatantly rude. So I didn't mind that either.

I was in out with a couple of friends for a sporing event. The hotel was very clean all throughout. The staff was very attentive and kind the entire time we had interactions with them. The free breakfast was basic but really offered pretty much what you'd expect at any buffet. The breakfast area was also very clean. We used the pool as well during our stay. Plenty of parking. There is also a small shopping center less than a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

There really wasn't anything we did not like about our stay.

Breakfast was fine, bed was comfy, room was clean.

I couldn't understand why swimming pool was only till 9.00 PM. We were coming after hot-exchausted day (as tourists we were exploring everything in city), and then we wanted to come and relax - but it was too late to go to swimming pool. That was extremely disappoint thing for us.

I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room so I could go to a grocery store and have my own breakfast in my room. I liked that there are several restaurants within walking distance including a kolache shop to get a quick delicious breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the rolling desk/table that I could bring over to the comfortable chair and ottoman to set up my computer or eat a meal.

Slow to pick up trash; in the parking lot, around the pool, in the hallways and from the room. The included breakfast was a joke. If you went to breakfast near the end of the posted hours there was no food at all. The AC kept the room cold but did nothing to remove the humidity from the room. I felt cool and sticky. The TV let me see Netflix, but I couldn't use it to watch Hulu or my other streaming companies. It would have been nice to be able to run my computer through the TV. It would take bluetooth sound, but no video.

The inside pool, but it was closed everytime I wanted to get in. The microwave and refrigerator and the coffee maker. The bed was also soft and comfy. And most importantly the breakfast. Very tasty and the closing time was reasonable. The price of the stay for a week was also amazing without requiring a deposit. I will definitely book here again.

The elevator need maintenance on it and the gym was really small.

There really wasn't much to dislike. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! That's all I needed to make me happy!

There was a 2 hour window for breakfast and I missed it but the sweet lady that was cleaning up got me some juice and a couple of sausage biscuits so I could take my medicine. She really went above and beyond to help me. My only recommendation would be to serve breakfast until 10:00 instead of 9;00

The pool and hot tub were nice.

The safety bar in the tub was broken. I reported it and was told it would be repaired. It wasn't. Also, I am fine with only having housekeeping every few days, but there should be an easy way to request towels, like a tag for the door. The front desk was too busy.

I loved the first stay in February and needed an emergency place this stay and once again y'all are amazing y'all made us VERY comfortable I love you all and I already booked my son's birthday weekend in October...see you all then or maybe before if my other sons want their birthdays there....
