The room is quiet, spacious, has a kitchenette, long table area, plenty of storage areas, TV, reading chair etc. Such thoughtfulness was put into this hotel. Everything is provided that a person might need and if not, they probably have it at the front desk! Everything is indoors including the free laundry and gym. I occasionally run into other guests in the laundry or gym area and everyone has been respectable and friendly. The staff is friendly and hospitable.

Stay not long enough!

I liked the room suite style,comfort of the bed, availability of shower products nice large comfortable towels the rooms are very clean the ac/heat unit worked very well and quiet the clerk who checked me in was very polite and helpful

The place was clean and the staff were wonderful. Had a small issue on arrival with the AC, but the young lady during the day shift fixed it without a hitch. Loved the set up. No issues with the facilities at all.

Not sure if it's location or just a happenstance. There was a very stressful couple who did some arguing and fighting during the stay It was pretty scary. Notified the staff and seemed like it was handled, given there was no further issues.

I love the room and being able to cook in the room.

I think the hotel recently got new mattresses as several of the rooms have had very firm bedding. This particular room had a heater that turned on and off by itself and a toilet that runs for a few minutes after flushing. These were minor issues. I stayed in this room twice and really enjoyed my stay both times.

Great location. Like that the room is clean, comfortable bed, heater, inside laundry and workout room. Home away from home. It is a relief to me to checkin and I am well rested after staying here.

Lock to the door of the room constantly not working. No skillet or remote to this room. Loud front desk staff in the middle of the night and early morning.

Clean and comfy and the staff was fabulous and understanding!! I believe her name was Monica ! She was professional, nice and understanding. I had a issue with booking and being charged twice however Monica handled it like a pro and was responsive and quick about it to get the situation handled and resolved !! Thank you Monica !!!

The lighting in the room was waaaaay to dim other that that great!

some of the furnishings were way past time to be replaced. The water saving showerhead shut the water down way too much. Not enough pressure to take a shower. The loveseat which is also a hide a bed was broken. The room is overpriced by about 25% for the quality of the room.

Staff (male) didn’t let me check in early and told me staying at the airport was better than being at the hotel. Called twice and begged for him to let me check in but kept turning me down.

we enjoyed how it has a kitchen set up with glasses, pots and pans salt everything basic we needed! and also loved how y’all provided soap and body wash for the showers!

it was all nicely put the room was large for my boyfriend and i we had space to cook and just chill out it was nice no complaints from either of us!

The location! Everything is close and the area is quiet.

The bed was a little firm and the elevator stopped working. Had to take our luggage down 3 flights of stairs.
