Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria

I like that the rooms are very spacious. I like that the breakfast had a good variety. I like the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing.

I would like for there to be a nightlight in the bathroom. I would like to have more towels in the room. I do not like paying for parking and I think that if a customer choose to stay at a hotel that it should be a courtesy to the customer for choosing to visit.

A two-queen option would have suited us better; daughter had to sleep on the pull-out couch since two doubles was certainly not going to work for us. A/C heat was disabled, so the room was FREEZING the first couple nights; front desk did not have ANY additional blankets they could provide. This was my biggest problem during our stay.

Fabulous breakfast, we ordered pizza and it was delicious, great bartender - Bill, front desk, Yalisha, so nice, she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable! Location was great, easy parking, safe environment with kids, spacious and clean and comfortable rooms! Great price!

I really appreciate the early check in, but our hot water in my room and my daughter’s room did not work. We had to go to my sister in law room to take a bath. I called down stairs for my daughter’s room and they said they would send someone up but they never came. so my husband just let our water run for 30-45 minutes and it finally got hit.

the people were very nice and the property was beautiful

it was close to the freeway and not in a congested area. we came to town for the Dallas Giants game and to visit with family.

the complimentary cocktail hour didn’t have good selections and the liquor was of poor quality The lobby area during our stay had a lot of folks hanging out after hours. The way the acoustics are in the lobby area, it resonated throughout the building which meant that it was very disturbing when you were trying to sleep in your room even with the door being to your bedroom

Great breakfast, quiet, comfy beds. The staff was always amazing.

We had an issue with water pressure and taking forever to get hot. The toilet paper was horrible and the first day the pool seemed pretty dirty.

Friendly atmosphere, second time with allergy free room and we love it! Generous room and super comfy bed. Best breakfast, good fitness center

Easy drive to great stores and restaurants. Wish there were more places close by to walk to.

Beautiful . Staff rectified issues by moving me to another room.seat. Was given a snack basket as an apology for inconvenience s. Breakfast. Located in a great location.

I didnt get breakfast either day which is usually my favorite part of an embassy stay, first morning breakfast ended too early, second day I had to leave before it started. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

They werent providing room service. One of the two elevators were broken and the hotel wouldnt allow the stairs to be utilized, causing long wait lines at the elevator. Lastly the cooler in the snack area was also broken but they were still selling milk out of it.

Great location, staff was very kind and bed was comfortable!

Our room was dirty. The bathroom sink had beard hairs all over it, the tub had hairs in it along with the bathroom floor. The bathroom light switch had a nasty big dried booger on it and the carpet in our room and throughout the hallways were dirty. The indoor swimming pool was disgusting, the water was green and cloudy very dirty. We booked this hotel just for the indoor pool, my 8 year old daughter refused to swim because the water looked so nasty. We were very disappointed.
