we chose this hotel as it was closest to where we needed to be. we were most pleased with the excellent services from staff. as Hilton Honour guests, we have bottled water daily. we also get its delicious fresh chocolate cookies. we were most impressed by the pure white and thick towels!! we felt pampered as these towels were spotlessly clean and fresh. it exceeded international standards for towels. as post pandemic travellers, we must compliment Doubletree for providing its guests with high quality products and services.

certain portion of the exterior grounds needed maintenance and repair.

In case you're wondering why I have 2 reviews for 2 stays -- we went to Dallas for the NCAA Women's Final Four. My friend and I made 2 different reservations in case LSU lost the first round and we wanted to go home without incurring cancellation charges . LSU won and was going to the Finals so, of course, we wanted to stay, The staff was very accommodating about letting us keep the same room so we wouldn't have to pack and move. This was typical of our stay at the Doubletree. Our room was good and large, breakfast was good, the rate was fair, the location was great, everything was perfect. A++++

The breakfast was very good and had a good variety. The location was in a safe place. I like that we had enough parking space. The hotel was very clean and maintained. The staff was exceptional and accommodating.

I would like for the room to have had a microwave. I would have like the bathroom to be a little bigger. There are never enough towels in the room and I always have to ask for more. I would love to get one of those amazing warm cookies when I check out.

Everything about our stay with the exception of front desk confused on payment.

I picked to pay at property, hubby pay room, I pay sitter. When we wanted to switch the cards when we arrived the desk clerk INSISTED that room had to stay on card the room was booked with, including any incidentals. I did not plan for this, so it put a stress on our 1vacation away from kids. All weekend I scrambled to find cash to deposit so I did NOT stress out hubby.Front desk did not do Anything on purpose, however if ALL employees are not familiar with the processes it might cause unknown stresses

The parking was great for me. I would’ve been happy just knowing I can walk out the door to my car instead of leaving it in a parking structure or miles away. the staff was beyond friendly.

There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. I stuffed it with toilet paper but it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable once I realized it was there mid shower. also the shower curtain was not very shower friendly but it did the trick.

Room was large and comfortable and everything was clean, fresh, and nicely maintained! Great water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies every night 😃

We didn't get daily cleaning service. Not sure if it's because of coronavirus, but they never told us we wouldn't get daily cleaning. When I requested fresh towels and trash pickup, they just left a bag of towels outside of our door and didn't come into the room to empty our trash cans.

When we walked into the hotel i was immediately impressed. The lobby was gorgeous. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly and was very sweet to answer our questions. She gave us a cookie each and OMG those were almost the best cookies ever! We stayed on the 12th floor. Our room had the most amazing view. The place was spotless and chic. The bed was very comfy and large. The shower, holy holy, i loved that shower. I would slap my mama for water pressure like that in my house. The towels were fluffy and smelled fresh and clean. Not scary hotel towels at all. We also went to the bar, the bartender was very nice and the atmosphere was great. The next morning we had breakfast and the waitress was so sweet and kind. Coffee was amazeballs. I will now always stay in this hotel when I visit Dallas.

That I had to leave. I could have stayed forever, just eating cookies and enjoying the hotel.

Our 4 day stay here was amazing!!!! The samtaff here are so nice and so helpful! We also want to thank Tria & Stephen stone for being so amazing at their job they went above and beyond for us to make our stay here amazing! We will most definitely be staying here in the future when we come back to Dallas!!!!

Our accommodation request for upper floor, we were greatly satisfied with our room with a wonderful view, very comfortable bed, nice, clean and quiet. Room service was excellent, although the menu has cut back on a lot of options available.

Wasn't anything to not like. Nice size TV and good strong water pressure in the shower.

all requests were met very, very quickly and efficiently parking is very accessible and easy air conditioner worked well tv worked well sheets were clean, all light bulbs worked, dust was minimal, towels were exceptionally clean

- toilet flooded but was promptly attended to - ADA room 212 could use another grab bar on the right wall as entering the shower (was problematic for us not having it there) - extra bath mats due to the fact that it's a roll in shower there is excess water spillage (although the delivery of the towels upon request was very quick) - one of the shower bar plates is loose and kept coming off of it's place - On our second night upon our return to the hotel after dinner we asked the gentlemen at the front desk if he had a couple of cookies. He advised us he did not have any extra cookies he could give out. Seems so odd that a guest's request for 2 cookies could not be fulfilled when the hotel is known for the cookies. Strangely rejected -- felt very odd.
