Shower pressure was great. Beds were very comfortable. Good size rooms.

They require a $100 deposit, which you get back but there is no warning about this when booking. My daughter left something of sentimental value & when I called to see if it was found I was informed that it was thrown away. They didn't even attempt to contact me about it. The breakfast area is too small. Parking lot is very small so if you have a bigger vehicle be careful when you park or you may not be able to get out.

I liked the cleanliness of the room! I was upset while filling out the form the room I originally was getting was 92$. Then because it took so long I was forced to pay over $150 for the room. Booking.com thanks for kinda stiffing me for another $60!

Not much could’ve been better. Clean pool, clean room, comfy bed, clean bed 🛌, Didn’t see not one bug! Overall great place to stay! Again except for booking.com timing me out while filling out information for getting the room. They gave it to some else. Not cool!

The lady at the front desk was awesome. However during the daytime the previous day a young man flat lied to me about trying to extend our stay for another day. He should be retrained or terminated in my opinion. Thank you

Trim the palm tree near the entrance of the hotel because it's very dangerous trying to exit because of palm tree blooming the view to the street of hwy 75

The staff was very helpful..We were very tired when we reached Dallas..We reached there by 7:00 AM and requested for room but the hotel was fully booked..Our check-in time was 11:00 AM but still Joleen and Miss Patel managed to give us a room..This room was better than the room we booked..We appreciate hotel staff's help to make our stay more comfortable..

I asked about late check out while I was signing in to the front desk and getting my keys. The man said he could push it back one hour. I called to double check in the morning and he said no they don't do that. It was the same gentleman. Also I wish they had black wash clothes so I could take off my make up easier.

Good Location, 3 miles from downtown Dallas 👌🏾. Around good places to eat and buy goods. Nice place for my couple of nights stay. Breakfast was okay too.

I arrived at 3 or 4am and had to work at 7am. I really appreciated the desk clerk being prompt and helpful.

I was not aware they served breakfast. Wish I had known.
