The staff was very friendly, the hotel was nicer than I expected.

Got in the hot tub it’s smelled like piss, looked around there was a diaper floating, not the hotel fault obviously another guest but I hate I was in a pissy hot tub. Told front desk she was very nice apologized and got the diaper out not much she could do about the situation.

One tiny elevator for 3 full floors. Cleaning lady cart filled the ENTIRE elevator and she had to wrestle it in! Room wasn't very clean, had to go get more regular coffee. Couch cushion was ripped (18 inches) at the seam and had dirty butt stains.

The king suite felt cozy. The kitchenette was nice we made use of the sink and refrigerator. Breakfast & dinner were had at the table. Having 2 tvs was good so kids could watch in the separate room. The sink with a well lit mirror and toilet are separated which is better for us. Breakfast was on point.

The hours long wait to get into the room after a power outage. Key cards would not activate after the server was rebooted. We lost time in the room after a long day 😞 We had to ask for the sheets to put the kids to bed on the pullout bed. Extra towels should be given for the number of guests staying in a room not 3 for a family of 5. Also, no pool access during our stay due to maintenance or something. Hotel staff offered a neighboring hotel pool but it wasn't close enough for comfort.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable in our stay. Even calling around to locate something as trivial as Lime salt for our Beer. The only downfall was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. They did offer us the pool at the Fairfield across the parking lot but it did not have a hot tub. Otherwise, this hotel far exceeded our expectations.

Charged me a little more than what booking.com said I'd pay. However, it wasn't a big deal. Bed was a little hard for me. Other than that everything was great!

good, but I requested a room near elevator or front of hotel for my mobility impaired husband. However we were given a room at an extreme distance and therefore he was unable to come down for breakfast or enjoy the pool.

The room was a very nice size. The clerk at the front desk, Brenda was exceptional. She deserves to be commended. Breakfast was ok.

The air conditioner was not working in my room.

We were there for a Bachelorette weekend and the room was not ready. The young lady at the front desk was kind enough to make our room cleaning a priority so we could hurry and decorate before the bride arrived.

i asked for new sheets n towels at noon I called at 2 and at 4 and i didn’t get those items till i had to come back down to the front desk n ask again n still waited for 25 minutes

I loved the fact that even tho their pool was closed, they made arrangements with another hotel in same parking lot for the guests to be able to swim. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay great. They had 2 go breakfasts in bags for all guests which made it easy to go to lobby grab some food and return to room to eat with my family before departing. Early morning socializing isn't for me, so this was perfect for us.

I have no complaints. This place was amazing!!! Will definitely stay here again!
