Everything there wasn't one thing that I could complain about this place is a diamond unfounded.

There was no one at the front to take calls from the room even when I called back after I checked out no one answered the phone. The reason for that was because they were taking great care of the guests🤩🤩🤩🤩 the food was great but the cook definitely need more assistance also I would have like to buy food at the hotel everyday that I was there instead going out to eat.

The facilities were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was super friendly! the was a lady named Vero who works in the commons cafe; she was so sweet and gave us great service every morning.

The only breakfast options were pricey cafe items. I wish there was a door between the sink area and the room itself. I would put my toddler to bed at 7:30 and then would have to try to be really quiet and not turn on the light while getting ready for bed.

Location is good, we caught uber where ever we went and is not far from anything. quick walk (2min) and there is a set of shops with several eating options etc.

stains over the walls in the bathroom were a little disconcerting. The breakfast bar was awful and very expensive. Be aware that even though my booking said they take cash, I was pointed to a note on site that said no cash, no contactless payments...That's another story though. !

Very friendly staff. well maintained guest rooms and public areas. great location.

1. Security deposit has not been refunded despite my various reminders and requests. no reply to date. 2. The coffee shop is only open for breakfast.

The whole bedding situation was VERY comfortable! I also really liked the lounge chair better than a single chair like most hotels have. The location was very convenient to downtown and I found a really great coffee shop at the next exit.

I think the person next to me had a dog that sometimes barked. There was also a buzzing noise coming from somewhere. It was probably the AC unit or something, but it required me to put on some white noise to sleep. The smoke detector is also above the bed, so I had to use an eye mask to block out that light.

Friendly, Helpful staff.

Prices for breakfast was INSANE. Trying to find a parking spot was even worse

Very clean and organized. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included in mounts on the shower wall. Mini fridge and TV both worked up to par when needed. Fast and friendly staff. Staff members also frequented the building enough that we could always find someone if we needed anything, but they did not go out of their way to excessively bug or intrude on the guests staying. Overall very very pleasant experience. Great value for what unintentionally was a last minute booking !

Not a whole lot to complain about. We stayed on the 6th floor and the outdoor temperatures were exceptionally high those days, so the hallways were a little warm and muggy. The room and lobby were both well cooled so it wasn’t really anything to deter from any future stays from us !

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Liked the fireplace in the lobby. Security was helpful. Other residents were friendly. I have a little ESA pup and was allowed to have him.

There was no microwave in the room, I asked about one at the front desk and was told that I would have to use the community one at the front. After about 4 days in of my 6-day stay, I just happened to go online to find out I could have requested one to be put in my room 🤔, which I did.

Property was clean and located right off the interstate close to food!

There was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby using the luggage cart for 2 nights of our stay! the police came the 3rd night and removed him from the property! The housekeeping had to “contact supervisor” for us to get more towels!? They questioned our need for 5 sets when our reservation was for 1 adult and 4 children! We got them but I shouldn’t have to make phone calls to front desk multiple times nor should we have to ask several housekeepers. We turned in our old ones so I didn’t see what the problem was! Lastly, the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor! We stayed on the 3rd. It was a little annoying but overall be enjoyed our stay! We won’t stay again though!

Very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were like heaven. Even though we had a first floor room which I asked not to be on the first floor and wanted adjoining rooms which we didn’t get but were beside each other it was still pleasant. This hotel has balconies which is a plus. Would definitely stay here again.
