It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The hidden deposit and fees I knew nothing about until check in which was the $75 deposit. Then a $5 charge after check out for self parking. I don’t like hidden fees.

Very accommodating. The young lady that worked the front desk on Saturday evening the 24th was outstanding. Very kind and friendly.

The area didn't seem to be safe. There were plenty of homeless roaming the area and at one point one of them had a medical emergency at the entrance of the hotel. Police and paramedics were on the scene.

The reception desk lady MIMI was so polite and very helpful during our check in. There were some technical issues with Booking.com and the Hotel but Mimi managed to sort it all out. This person is an asset to your organisation and should be recognised and duly rewarded.

The property and Booking.com had issues agreeing on the price they had charged me and it took me and Mimi almost 1 hour to get it resolved. I had to call Booking.com and Hilton Honors to resolve the issue. I had already been charged for this stay but the hotel requested a larger amount than what Booking.com had charged me and subsequently declined my payment even though the money had been taken out of my bank account. I had driven for 7 hours that day and ended up spending another hour trying to sort out the above issue which I feel was absolutely unreasonable on the hotels part.

Overall, the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and updated. I was very pleased with the showers instead of bathtubs, so that was a plus for me. The staff who helped us check in was also very sweet and nice and made sure to accommodate us to rooms nearby. The only downside would be that the pool seemed a little unclean and there are limited options for breakfast. Other than that, there were no issues and I'd definitely stay here again.

It took us a while to decide which hotel to book for our 2 night stay in Dallas and we made a great choice. Hotel was very clean and nice!! It is a new facility and everything looks pretty good. Rooms are very spacious and have a microwave, fridge, coffee machine , TV , sofa, everything!! Bathroom is big as well and was very clean. We felt very comfortable at the hotel. Also, the area is quite and is very close to many fast food places and even to an Asian buffet. You have a Walmart as well like 2 mins from there. We were on the 4th floor so we barely heard any noise from inside or outside. Our car was perfectly fine and nothing happened to it! There is a lot of lightning around the hotel ! Honestly, it was more than we expected!! Great hotel

One thing to improve is breakfast time and options. Breakfast is from 6am-9am only! It was perfect for those leaving early in the morning but not really for whoever wants to sleep a bit more. Breakfast should finish around 11am instead. Also, breakfast options were limited at least for us.

Having to pay for parking at a hotel that I paid to sleep at. This was not disclosed until after I had already paid. If I had known ahead of time I probably wouldn’t have stayed there. The parking was on the premises and not on a separate lot, so don’t understand why the paying guests are paying more for parking?

Had the cutest little breakfast area for couples - but could also be use for someone who has anxiety issues, needed to be separated for the rest of the breakfast area/section.

The only small problem was the shower handle came apart but it also came with attachment so we just used that for our stay!

Because of the interstate, I couldn't walk to anything. Anything I wanted to do, I had to get on the congested I30.

Everything else was great. Super clean, really comfortable, nice beds and pillows, squeaky clean bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, indoor pool with patio, great hot breakfast with omelets, waffles, and delicious potatoes, etc. A nice gym. Bathrooms right by the pool and gym, also really clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every single staff member I encountered greeted me with a hello and a smile. I do smoke and I felt very safe outside at night. Well lit outside with no riff raff around. Not much to complain about. It seems like a newer built building, everything was modern and clean.

Breakfast choices were good. Several choices. Very clean facilities. Nice room.

The $75 fee that is charged and then waiting 35 days to return the fee. Also my Hilton Reward points weren't given. I was told by the check in clerk that because I booked through booking.com my points wouldn't be given..." I think" ...their words not mine. Shouldn't make a difference.

Very clean, comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a good variety and tasted great. The location was perfect- close to interstate and where we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't much to dislike about the property. It didn't seem to be in the very best area, but that's not something they can help, so no complaints here.
