Good location, friendly staff, and great value; however, the room was not cleaned to satisfactory. There were long strands of hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet (yuk)!! One of the bed's sheets had stains. And last but certainly not least, there was pet poop in the hallway and elevator that remained for my entire stay (again, yuk)!! I will add that this is the first time I've seen the facility in this condition as I often stay here when travel is required.

Breakfast was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Very nice other than a few minor details. See below.

There was a woman in the next room screaming at her husband/boyfreind all night long. We should have complained but I think she would have just gotten worse. No consideration for anyone else. Rude and selfish. There were stains/food spots on the couch that look like they need cleaned. I wouldn't sit on it. Carpet had some stains but not bad. The sink light in the bathroom would not come on. Other than that it was perfect. I would go back but feel like I should tell you what was wrong just to help you keep the place up to the standards I know you want to keep. I feel it is something you would want to be aware of.

Rust in the shower, broken tile in the shower, room had a odd smell.

Overall the facility/ building was very clean and smelled nice, pet friendly, and the kids enjoyed the continental breakfast.

We stayed for a full 7 days over which we requested twice for someone to come vacuum our room, [kids make crumbs] and nobody ever came to vacuum only to drop off clean towels. Service reps were friendly but not overly just base level. Kids were bummed the outdoor pool was closed even though it was in the 80s.

Super clean and comfortable. We were the first room off the lobby and close to everything.

Check in was uncomfortable because we booked months in advance and we were told they did not have a two-bed room available. I was pretty sure my 24 year old son would not want to share a bed with his mother.... We had to wait about 30 minutes for the room we had requested when we checked in we'll after check-in time.

It is a fancy new(ish) building, - easy to access, nice design. Pleasant staff, fast check in/check out, multiple breakfast options.

Got a top floor room and the room was hot - someone forgot to turn on the AC. Also the hallway wasn’t too clean - little things what just need some more attention.

The location was good. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff needs to work on communication. I would talk to one person and the others wouldn't know what or who I was talking about. They almost told me I didn't have a reservation before they realized they didn't know the spelling of my name.

Did not make use of it.

The TV in our room was not working. When we spoke to reception they told us they would have somebody go come look at it and fix since it was probably a new TV that had not been set up. We went to dinner and return and nothing was done. We were offered a new room but we just decided to stay as we were.

Excellent linens, clean, spacey shower, roomy interior, nice decor, plenty of power outlets, good value, free coffee tea water and breakfast. Wish I xod have tried the pool.

Staff was not very pleasant or welcoming. Area was kind of sketchy. Fire alarms went off building -wide twice. Couch was kind of dirty.

Looked someone before me kicked or knocked a chair into the AC unit, soap holder in the shower was totally off the wall and the Toilet Paper holder was broken also, I’m not to picky but a lot of people would really complain. They are all Easy fix’s for the maintenance crew.
