It's very nice and comfortable. Customer service is very friendly and easy to work with. This was our second stay at this location and we both talked about how comfortable the bed was! The shower is also very unique and nice to relax in.

The room size is a bit small, BUT it's not an issue. We only need to sleep there. There's a king bed and a chair and a desk and room to stand around and get ready for the day, so it has all the amenities and is fine for us. But if I were staying for more than 1 or 2 nights and had to be in there for hours on end, I might start to feel claustrophobic.

Attractive. Fantastic staff-every one of them! Nice room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Warm during very cold weather.

The breakfast. Minimal choices. Stale bread. By the time I placed warm-not hot-food on my freezing plate and sat down, all food was cold. Plastic utensils, cocktail napkins. Dallas Love planes approach across the front of the building(odd # rooms). They were loud. For over $400/night, I would really expect better.

the staff working breakfast were complaining every time they brought something out. most of the food was empty, no plates, cups or utensils. the coffee containers were empty, we had to walk back into the kitchen area and ask for coffee there were 5 staff members sitting and talking while people were walking around looking for dishes and food. we were in there at 9:00 am so it was not right when breakfast was ending. I had to use my empty juice cup to get some yogurt. it was disappointing with it being such a nice hotel.

Very comfortable bed. The gym was OK. It had a guest laundry room which was easy to use from an app. It was very conveniet to Dallas Theological Seminary which I visited.

The breakfast bar was not very extensive, but probably adequate for most people.

Very clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was way better than most hotel breakfasts- mini cheese omelets, tomato spinach frittata cups, etc. Location was short Uber ride to Dos Equis Pavillion.

There was no shower gel in pump bottle. Told them at checkout & they offered free snack or drink from mini store. We couldn't get TV to work properly. They told us to unplug it to reset it & after about 4 tries, that worked.

Staff was very friendly. They offered a free breakfast. Kitchenette in room. Great downtown Dallas location. Charging station for EVs (I don't have one but it's nice to see that offered)

They charge $15 a day to park in their parking lot. Other downtown Dallas hotels offer free parking with your room.

Great place, would book again. Came here for a nice weekend getaway.

I wish this place had room service. I’d never leave! Of course, this doesn’t take away on how nice the place is. Was just a hassle having to leave and buy food whenever we got hungry.

I enjoy staying at Element properties. Comfy rooms for a good value. I like a noon check out too! Staff was so friendly and professional.

Bed was GREAT! It was quiet and clean. Didn’t have the opportunity to get breakfast. They only serve until 10am. Staff was very nice!

They did not have my reservation with booking.com in their system so that wasn’t cool but they made it work and we were able to get a room. And the lack of food options! Have no room service or other options you’re stuck with grubhub or a cab ride to a restaurant.

The location was great 8 minutes to our other location. The room was smaller then normal but very cute

There wasn't anything we dislike about it.
