The room was clean. The staff friendly

The pool was growing mold. The electrical outlets in the room did not work Which is a problem when you use a CPAP. They just got an ice machine on certain floors. It is really frustrating I didn't complain to the staff because they would move me to a different room and I have stayed in multiple rooms and the electrical outlets don't work. Annoying, I stayed in other hotels a few times. I guess that is what to do if you want to use electrical outlets.

Location. If you get a room on the side away from the highway, it is quiet and the view from the window is of a park, beautiful trees and a waterway. This was a pleasant surprise since the hotel faces the interstate. We had asked in advance for quiet rooms and we got them. The cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful.

There is no door to the bathroom/toilet. The closet door slides so that when you open the closet, you are closing the bathroom. There is no way to lock the bathroom door and the door only partially blocks light, odors and sounds. The business center computer is difficult to use. I had to get help from the hotel staff to get it to run correctly and then again to get the mouse to respond. The breakfast was below average for hotels in this group and price-range. The coffee was drinkable but nothing to write home about.

The room was great. Clean and fresh.

I didn't like the parking. Went out to a concert, came back to no parking. Staff informed me I could park in the fire line and move my car in the morning. Staff informed me that there was security on site, so nothing to worry about. I had no problems with my car, just limited parking.

The room was well-appointed and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very accommodating. Breakfast selections were plentiful, always fresh and well maintained. Accessing the property is a little tricky at first, but the setting is nice with a wooded area and small waterway in the back. We had a very relaxing stay and will come again.

Easy access on and off interstate . Check in took less than 3 mins . This hotel is close to interstate which of course comes with the noise of traffic, but the hotel has ear plugs and a white noise machine to accommodate guest that would be bothered by that. Fortunately, I sleep well with background noise ! I just thought them going the extra step to have those items available in rooms was pretty cool!! The room is very spacious, clean, and great AC!!

Great location for my purposes. The hotel was not fancy but very clean and the staff friendly. Freeway noise was very loud but the hotel provided ear plugs, which we didn’t use. The noise did not keep me awake at all. Super cold AC a plus.

Minor complaint, the bathroom towels were very hard.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was great. My room was very nice and the bed I wish I had in my home. I will be visiting again in the future.

I like the customer service from Victor. He was friendly, and during the time I was checking in he was communicating with me until I was checked in. Need more friendly people like him.

Easy location to get in and out of, was very clean, loved the amount of space in the shower and bathroom areas.

The TV remote was not functioning properly but the staff replaced it without hesitation. They need to have a choice of coffee makers instead of a house only brand of coffee maker that only makes their brand of coffee.

Comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. Good option if you are visiting Dallas for a couple of nights

The location is good if you are in a car, but the surrounding areas are not the best. Not too many options around the hotel.

We had a great room with a view of a creek lined by mature cypress trees. Our room was clean & quiet. All the staff that we met were courteous and most helpful. Also, we appreciated the range of choices at the complimentary breakfasts.

We had to drive to find restaurants. Not a big problem.
