The manager David Moore was extremely helpful in resolving an issue that came up. He has exceptional customer service skills and we will definitely stay at that property again because of this.

I feel that as customer that is currently staying at the property there should be a system in place that somehow checks with us to confirm whether we are staying over extending our stay or if we are checking out before allowing the hotel to be completely booked. I feel that since we are already there we should have first choice instead of us having to up and leave and finding somewhere else to go.

7/31/23 We had a room with a full size bed and sleeper couch in the living room so the kids could have their own bed and my husband and I cld close the door on our room so his snoring didn't disrupt the kids. Was super clean and 8 mins from Dallas Love where we had to fly out of early. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the space was. I am very picky so take my word it was a safe stay.

Our room was by the pool so there was a little noise but not bad. We were able to sleep fine. The halls were stuffy but not dirty.

My favorite part of the whole stay was the DOVE body wash. I wanted to talk to someone there about buying some..lol. But we also loved the home feeling of our room.

We hated our bed. Think it was a full definitely not a Queen. So I woke up with pain from trying to fit comfortably on the bed with my husband. Next night my husband slept on the pull out bed and I slept alone on the bed in the room. Sad about that as we are fairly newly weds.

I enjoyed my stay here, easy access, great parking, available to travel to a lot of things near by, stores, food places, etc. The staff was amazing I left a tip for the cleaner I hope he or she received it. The room I had was better than any other hotel/motel visited in Dallas. I recommend 1000%

The bed was a little to small I requested and paid for a queen it seem as if it was a full size bed, Maybe my at home queen bed is just different from there's, next time I'll just request a room with a king size bed BUT I STILL ENJOYED AND LOVED THE STAY HERE. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a delayed flight, and the front desk was able to accommodate our late arrival. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet.

Replacing towels became confusing. We were instructed to bring soiled towels to the front desk but an exchange was delayed. We eventually received the towels a short time after.

This hotel was exceptional! I can’t say enough positive things about it! The room exceeded my expectations! I appreciated the Dove hand wash mounted on the wall at the bathroom sink and the Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower. It was all about the wonderfully small details that made a huge impact! And the fact they offer 24/7 airport shuttle service is the reason I booked my reservation here.

Wonderful hotel situated right next to the expressway, within 10 minutes from Market Center. The location was amazing, as was the staff, the cleanliness, and the size of the room. Everything met our expectations, just like a big IG hotel would.

The cost. I understand that Dallas is an expensive area, but we paid over 230 for just 2 nights. That isn't anyone's fault besides inflation, but it just sucks you cannot get hotels at this quality for under 110 these days.

We made breakfast in our room/ the kitchen was nice full size refrigerator with ice maker sink with garbage disposal microwave, toaster vent a hood two burner cook top All the dishes, and dishwasher

The prices in the lobby was overpriced $5.00 for a gallon of water & 2.25 for 16oz Bottle water ,& drumsticks 6.00 each Ps take your own food!

Nice clean hotel, with appropriate amount of sleeping areas (at a previous Candlewood suites we were given 1 bed and 1 small pull out bed without linens for essentially 4 adult sized people). And we were able to bring our dog!

The only major flaw we found was a drawer that wouldn’t stay closed and happen to be in a walkway so we would have to close the drawer to get through but wasn’t that big of a deal. And due to the hotel being close to a major interstate and our room at the front, road noise began quite early in the morning.

Extremely convenient to Love Field. Spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms with full kitchen, comfy bed, and soft linens. Wonderful complimentary shuttle service around the area. We used the shuttle to get to the DART station where we were able to travel downtown by train. There is a little shop in the lobby with snacks, drinks, and complimentary coffee and condiments, etc. Very nice pool and separate grill area for use by hotel guests. Pretty much everything you could need for a home away from home. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The building is a bit in need of renovations. While the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit shabby.
