The staff is AMAZING. From check in/out to our housekeeper, and the food attendant we had great customer service. The housekeeper was so sweet 😭 she took some time to talk to us and make suggestions. The food attendant was a sweetheart as well. Breakfast was more than what I expected! Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, oatmeal, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, different cereals, granola bars. Chocolate, blueberry and banana nut muffins, hashbrowns, coffee and 2 types of tea, water bottles, apple, cranberry, lemonade and orange juice. Various sauces, jellies, cream cheese, and peanut butter. It was quite a spread!

It for sure needs some touch ups. Stains on lampshades , scratches and stains on walls that can easily be painted over, wood laminate of furniture is peeling off, ac vents are dirty, some are rusted. You can tell that the carpet throughout the whole hotel needs to either be changed or deepcleaned. Some recaulking in areas

Staff, especially The lady in the front that works mornings and also the other lady who works in the day time . Everyone actually was vey nice and attentive. Although once before my experience wasn’t very pleasant considering my sons x box came up stolen form one of their staff members and they did nothing about it . However i believe that , that person no longer works there. Thank god … And I can tell that the staff and facility is much more supportive and helpful than before . No hair dryer in the room. But available ať the reception desk.

The neighborhood does not look like much but the inside of this hotel was great the rooms were nice a comfortable I slept all day. It’s not a huge hotel but it is worth the price for a quick stay. Staff was great and nice lounge areas.

Occasional noise of people talking walking past the room since the walls are thin but it wasn’t annoying.

It is a good location with numerous restaurants and attractions near. I also go to Irving mall in under 20 minutes. The breakfast was amazing!!!! The staff was also friendly. I would stay again for the breakfast lol.

My only problem would be the walls. I did hear my neighbor snore throughout the night. I’m sure the hotel could accommodate to a new room, however I just rode the night out.

The hot breakfast was extremely delicious. I always book this hotel when traveling to Dallas and, it's always up to my expectations. A very fair price for the quality of the hotel. The room itself was also fantastic, the staff pay attention to the little details such as towel designs. I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

One thing I did not like was the noise at night. I woke up several times at night due to a bunch of people running around, yelling in the hallways.

The staff was great! Beyond great! The blonde kid on nights deserves a raise. The place was very clean and smelled of freshly used cleaners. I was very happy until I showered. The bed was a little hard but still comfortable. Breakfast was overcooked, so I just made a waffle. I would stay here again, provided a clean shower.

The shower floor was funky and felt like it was not clean. The handle in the shower was grotesquely sticky with who knows what, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was overcooked and not good

Everything was grand, it was comfy and very clean the service was excellent

nice clean hotel, affordable rate compared to other properties, nice breakfast and the beds were super comfortable and hotel was clean.

park at your own risk signs are a potential scare for customers. maybe saying we are not responsible for any potential theft or damages occurred on the property is better.

Location was good for everything we were doing. It was very quiet and clean. All the staff was polite and friendly.

The only issues we encountered were a lot of the options in the drink vending machines were sold out, which might not be the fault of the property. Also more drink options at breakfast would be nice.
