I asked for mini refrigerator option and if possible microwave. It was provided and helped a lot. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was really clean and spacious. Also, room was by elevator and club was downstairs. Everything just worked out well and we had fun!

I think there was miscommunication and they thought we were checking out after one day. The housekeeper woke us up early with "you need to check out". Main person that gave credit card wasn't available and scared the remaining guest. I believe the don't disturb sign was placed though.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and to highway access. The staff was super friendly, the rooms and other areas were clean and the breakfast was fantastic!!! We also liked the pool and outdoor area. We can't say enough about our stay and would stay here in the future.

For being right next to the highway, it was extremely quiet! Great location if you are staying a night and hitting the road again. Good restaurants very nearby. Room had a small frig.and a microwave, coffee maker. Very good, full breakfast included. Very comfy bed and nice desk for work space.

The pool/jacuzzi looked heavenly - but was not open for use. This was very disappointing - it was one of the reasons we chose this place. Would be nice to know ahead of time if these facilities are open or not. We would have gone elsewhere.

The pool was excellent...well maintained and beautifully warmed. Even on a cool evening it was a pleasure...it was as warm as the jacuzzi... A perfect winter pool! The morning breakfast was great; a large selection of hot items and was well laid out.

The rooms were well sound proofed except for loud bangs when rooms, on either side of us closed their entrance doors.

breakfast was great, way above other motels/hotels. Pool seemed nice but as I had a room adjacent to the pool it was also incredibly loud.

The noise level with the balcony door open being adjacent to the pool. The bed was lumpy and way too soft.

Breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable. I liked being able to leave my car parked at the hotel without charge. It really helped out with all the other expenses I had to incur. Thank you so much for that courtesy.

not to have found the medium bolt I found in the carpet that I stepped on. No one seemed to be too concerned or at least say they were sorry for it

It was 8am housekeeping was banging on the door. Not even close to check out time. Completely disturbing our sleep.We had had got there after midnight. We could literally hear her banging on the doors down the hall. Morning check out staff was completely unfriendly. Bathroom can really use air vent it was extremely hot.

Very cleaned, awesome swimming pool, great garden & able to grill, that was so great. Enjoyed our balcony view. Thank you to all the staff. Breakfast was delicious lots of variety.

The price

Staff was very polite, hotel is near a lot of restaurants and the room was clean.

Only complaint I have is that maybe some of the rooms might still have stains on the carpets and it’s a good quality hotel so I would expect the carpets to be clean as well.

Breakfast location is very good . We will be traveling once a month and our stay will be there at best Western plus. This is our 3rd stay there and everything has been excellent.
