Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada Hotel

I had a King room which was large and had a nice view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was strong. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good, and all staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the cool artwork on the walls. It took me about 5 minutes to walk to the airport.

Unfortunately it is not something that can be changed, but there was quite a bit of traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room on the side away from the road. I would still consider staying there again though next time I am in El Paso.

The room decor was very different from standard hotel rooms, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered. It included a window seat. There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower in pump dispensers. They had 24 hr availability of fountain drinks in the lobby, free shuttle to the airport, although it is so close I would have walked if it had been daylight. I also very much appreciated the availability of gluten free options for breakfast, including bread, hard-boiled eggs and fruit cups. I needed to leave very early, so they made up a bag for me the night before. I was able to keep the items in the refrigerator in the room.

Loved the new look. Room was nice and even though small, it was perfect for 1-2 travelers. the space was well thought out. Loved the cushioned window seat. Everything was beautifully appointed. I also really enjoyed the meditation room with the wonderful massage chairs which I was lucky enough to use twice during my stay. The massage chairs was a very nice amenity for guests. I also really appreciated the free coffee and soda in the lobby- a money saver for guests.

I didn’t like that my window treatment in my room, which was lovely, had a large stain on it that hadn’t been repaired or removed. ☹️. I’ll try to attach a photo if I can. The room would have been perfect if not for the stain. The only other disappointment was the fact that the eggs at breakfast were not replaced as soon as they ran out. Breakfast started @ 6 am and I was down in the lobby for breakfast by 7 am. I waited around for a while but the egg station was never replenished while I was in the lobby until about 7:30 am. ☹️. The hot breakfast was one of the main reasons I chose to stay at the Best Western by the airport in addition to the close proximity of the airport.

the price I paid did not meet my expectations; It exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The receptionist, Abraham, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I wish that I also knew the name of the lady who worked where breakfast was served because she was great. This was, by far, my best experience at a hotel. It was nothing fancy, but it still was awesome. Thank you to the whole staff for such a wonderful experience.

I liked everything. Super clean room. Room smelled fresh. I would never know that someone may have occupied this room previously. All hotels should smell this good. Fresh not over powering. Bed was the best I’ve slept in (19 hotels in past 5 months). Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Even though close to airport was quiet and I had a nice grassy area to take my dog and places to walk (very important to me).

Nothing negative to say.

Friendly Staff the breakfast was really good so many options to choose from not to mention the rooms are very very deep cleaned and I loved the way they remodeled them.The whole entire place is decorated with Painting I loved everything about this hotel I would definitely book this again.

I was very happy with my room, walking distance to airport, and the breakfast buffet was very good. I also used the shuttle to the airport and thought the driver was extremely nice and helpful. I stayed Aug. 8 and Aug. 15. I am a senior female traveling alone and I felt safe here which was very important to my family.

It is a little confusing to get to, but once there, it’s great! We stayed twice, on our way to and from Scottsdale AZ, and we really enjoyed the meditation room with fabulous massage chairs after a long drive. It is very clean and attractive, with super-comfy beds, a we could walk next door to eat at the Wyndham which has a nice menu for dinner. We felt secure and well cared for as two women traveling alone.

The breakfast was standard hotel fare. I wish they had had more fresh fruit, whole grain breads and some alternative milks. In the overall scheme of things, that was a small complaint. It’s just hard to find thoroughly healthy food in most eating places.

Continental breakfast was great. They even had microwavable breakfast sandwiches if you were in a rush. Rooms and beds were fine. The staff was very nice and the airport shuttle was timely.

Only peeve is, like most hotels, they use a heavy comforter instead of a light throw and blankets. I find the comforters are too hot.

Meditation room with massage chairs was great after the long drive. Rooms clean and great for our stay.
