It's always. Everything is good at this hotel. Beds are comfy. Great location. Great price and always clean. Breakfast is excellent

Older male in the front desk. Second time that I stay here that he tends to me and he is always rude. Ask him if he could put us on the top floor because of noise and he stated no that I had gotten a handicap room which I stated to him. No I had not and then he looked and noticed that we didn't but said he still couldn't put us on the top floor and gave us one on first floor. I always make that comment when I reserve the room that I would like the top floor last time I had the same issue with him, everybody else always finds a way to accommodate us on the top floor.

Conveniently located near the airport and restaurants. Shuttle service to the airport was provided for our early morning flight.

Our bathroom could use a little updating. The shower head's spray pressure was too much and couldn't be adjusted. It just looked old. Also, some of the wallpaper wasn't sealed anymore. Unfortunately, breakfast nor coffee isn't available until 7am on Saturdays so we left too early to take advantage of any of that. The main elevator was down so everyone had to walk all the way down to the back end of the hotel to use the other elevator the whole time we were there.

The young man in the front desk is so helpful. Friendly. I didn't quite catch his name but he works the middle shift. The lock on our door was not working and he tried to fix it but couldn't, he offered us another room but we decide to stay in that same room anytime we left the room. He would personally come upstairs to unlock the door for us.

Everything is excellent if we have a problem they take care ASAP. Breakfast is wonderful. Young man in front desk is wonderful he is always ready to help with a friendly attitude.

Elevators where not working and when we where leaving in early morning hours( still dark outside) the light to stairs was out and my husband fell and hit his head.

John, who helped me with the check-in, was very helpful and professional. The location is great for those who need to be close to the airport. There are a lot of restaurants and a convenience store at walking distance. The rooms are spacious and super clean! The washer machines and the dryers made my stay even more convenient!

The room was neat and clean. There was plenty of parking.. I really enjoyed the complimentary dinner (served Wednesday-Friday) and breakfast. They also have a raffle when dinner is served and I won a $25 Visa gift card. Made my day.

My only issue was my room was supposed to have a tub but it only had a shower. I called the front regarding the issue but when I considered all the Covid-19 protocols involved I decided not to make an issue of it. Other than that the room was great. Nice quiet, dark and comfortable.

Almost everything was good. Room and breakfast were very good.

The air conditioning unit is too noisy, I preffered to turn it off and have a little cold time so can sleep, so is the refrigerator, noisy too, not as the climate unit but noisy. The ONLY thing I do not liked is the knocking at the door about 8:10 a.m. of the housekeeping team, I did not sleep anymore from that time.

The staff was amazing! The continental breakfast was on point! I loved the shuttle service as well.

*I kept having to go to the front desk to rekey the key cards for the room/doors cuz they didn’t work! *My last night there, there was a bad leak from the room upstairs, into my bathroom!! I was in room #133. I called the front desk about it and nobody picked up the phone.

Our stay was great! Especially the breakfast! Having more than a continental breakfast was excellent. I love that fact that breakfast attendants were nice and very hospitable. Will definitely book again at this location when visiting El Paso.

The only thing was that i wish the hotel was updated and offer usb charging ports in the guestrooms. Very helpful location with plenty of dining options no too far away yet rather close to the hotel. Most convenient stay ever.

it was walking distance from the airport and access to everything. The staff was very nice and treated me like a person. This day and age there is very little of that.

The only thing I can think of was the vending machines weren’t working but they had plenty of items to choose from in the lobby area near the front desk.
