It's always. Everything is good at this hotel. Beds are comfy. Great location. Great price and always clean. Breakfast is excellent

Older male in the front desk. Second time that I stay here that he tends to me and he is always rude. Ask him if he could put us on the top floor because of noise and he stated no that I had gotten a handicap room which I stated to him. No I had not and then he looked and noticed that we didn't but said he still couldn't put us on the top floor and gave us one on first floor. I always make that comment when I reserve the room that I would like the top floor last time I had the same issue with him, everybody else always finds a way to accommodate us on the top floor.

Conveniently located near the airport and restaurants. Shuttle service to the airport was provided for our early morning flight.

Our bathroom could use a little updating. The shower head's spray pressure was too much and couldn't be adjusted. It just looked old. Also, some of the wallpaper wasn't sealed anymore. Unfortunately, breakfast nor coffee isn't available until 7am on Saturdays so we left too early to take advantage of any of that. The main elevator was down so everyone had to walk all the way down to the back end of the hotel to use the other elevator the whole time we were there.

The young man in the front desk is so helpful. Friendly. I didn't quite catch his name but he works the middle shift. The lock on our door was not working and he tried to fix it but couldn't, he offered us another room but we decide to stay in that same room anytime we left the room. He would personally come upstairs to unlock the door for us.

Everything is excellent if we have a problem they take care ASAP. Breakfast is wonderful. Young man in front desk is wonderful he is always ready to help with a friendly attitude.

Elevators where not working and when we where leaving in early morning hours( still dark outside) the light to stairs was out and my husband fell and hit his head.

John, who helped me with the check-in, was very helpful and professional. The location is great for those who need to be close to the airport. There are a lot of restaurants and a convenience store at walking distance. The rooms are spacious and super clean! The washer machines and the dryers made my stay even more convenient!

it was walking distance from the airport and access to everything. The staff was very nice and treated me like a person. This day and age there is very little of that.

The only thing I can think of was the vending machines weren’t working but they had plenty of items to choose from in the lobby area near the front desk.

the rooms were very clean and staff was super helpful and the we got a nice room by the pool. the breakfast was amazing too

although I did enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub we would've appreciated if it was cleaned out regularly since there was a lot of leaves and bugs inside the pool and the hot tub was dirtier than pool but it was nothing we couldn't handle

It was a wonderful suite. Separate living room and bedroom with a kitchen it was fantastic.

The only issue was in the bathroom. The ceiling the air conditioning vent had a leak at the ceiling and we had to put something under it because it was dripping.

Very close to El Paso airport. Great value for the price. Friendly staff, free breakfast and free shuttle to airport. Clean king size room and non smoking. Only hickup was burn out light buld at night stand and ac was fixed, non adjustable. El Paso weather was high!

Ac was non adjustable and burned outight bulb. Very little choices to plug in cell phones.

I arrived tired and cranky and I was fairly short tempered with Raul. He took it all in stride and put up with me professionally. The facilities and the room were great, breakfast was very nice. Got eggs, sausage waffles, get nice. The pool and hot tub. I will be staying again.

The walk to my room(222). I did not know the building was that long. 🙂 There were burnt out bulbs (2) in my room.
