We loved the location of the property downtown. However, it takes me to memory lane, as I was raised between Santa Fe Street, El Paso Street, just across the street from the hotel. my grand parents lived at the corner of Santa Fe and San Francisco, Right at the corner of the Art Museum. we used to have breakfast at the Clock Restaurant, just next door to the Plaza Theater. Of course we used to go the watch movies. All this took place between Mid 50’s to Mid 60’, have seen all the changes throughout the years starting with the Plaza de los Alagartos, Civic Center, Plaza Theater, the Hotel, stores, restaurants and the streets.!

in the room something is missing, unless other rooms has that cozy. The swimming pool has no privacy, everyone and anyone walks by the swimming pool!

Gorgeous hotel. Lobby, bar, and pool are really beautiful. The hotel room is decorated very nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great view. Bathroom is modern, pretty. I could have stayed here forever. The valet and front desk staff were very kind, welcoming, offering a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival! Win! We concluded our night at the bar, where service was a bit slow. Nothing to be upset over- we quickly learned that many El Paso bars and restaurants seem a bit off with their service. Morning spent getting coffee and delicious pastries in the cafe. We had the best 24 hours ever, one of our favorite hotels in all of United States! Great location- walked all over downtown. Btw, the women's bathroom on the second floor is one of the prettiest bathrooms I have ever seen, lol!

Bar service- slow service, forgot a drink. Hotel room toilet had difficulty flushing/ clogged easily.

Everything was beautiful, the view, the hotel, everything. It was gorgeous!

There was no machine (blender) to make the piña coladas. For 6 tacos, one small guacamole bowl, and a Pina colada to be $100...I think it is too much. But that's what it is.

The restaurant breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient. The hotel offerings for restaurants, bars, and entertainment were superb!

We usually order room service for breakfast. We did not order room service for breakfast due to the offerings and pricing on the menu. We were pleased to have a Starbuck's adjacent to the hotel.

I love the restaurant, excellent service, and a great location. The bathroom was clean and modern. The bar in the main area was awesome. Really enjoyed live music Great atmosphere for adults and well recommended for couples or wedding anniversary

I was born and raised in El Paso, we were looking for a place to getaway from our busy lives and this was perfect. It's beautiful, charming and unforgettable. I loved having breakfast in bed 💕

We wished the swimming pool was bigger, wished for a tub to have a hot bath and wished I had more time to spend here.

I loved the beauty of the building, location was top quality and staff was professional. Activities available were amazing! Gym also was perfect.

I unfortunately missed the breakfast because I was informed it ended at 11am but found out it had ended at 10am... So I had to pay for brunch and lost out on what I paid for for breakfast

OMG That potato casserole! Carlos was our server and he was super entertaining and accommodating. The bartender at the dome bar learned how to make our favorite bartenders coffee drinks - He nailed it!

The bathrooms could use some extra lighting for ladies to do their makeup. I found the lighting to be a little dim for proper makeup application.

We didn't have breakfast there. The room was wonderful and the location and views were amazing. We were able to walk around downtown and see all of the lights and Christmas decorations. The person working the front desk was very friendly and very nice.

The tile in the shower looked a little dirty. There was not much light in the bathroom even with the mirror light. Also, not much water pressure.

Hotel is beautiful

Hallways should be more lit up. The dimness will continue to give people the belief that the hotel is still haunted.
