Location was fantastic room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in process was great especially since we arrived very late around midnight and the staff was very friendly and understanding. We did not use the valet service but the adjacent parking lot had plenty of spaces reserved for hotel guests so parking was no issue. Nestled right in the heart of downtown El Paso was a plus as well. We did not visit the inhouse restaurant since our stay was not very long but we would definitely stay here again. Location felt very safe but there is some construction going on but again that had no effect on our stay whatsoever.
Our stay was very pleasant and as far as improving things we did not have much to comment on. This is far and away the "fanciest" hotel my fiancé and I have ever stayed at and it had everything we needed and more.

Very classy old school feel. Beautiful clean rooms. Spectacular view from my room as well as the rooftop bar. The valet service team was amazingly attentive. The plaza did not skimp on the amenities. My room included a high quality iron, ironing board, hair dryer and even a magnifying mirror as well as two big screen TVs and an espresso maker among other things. Overall experience was magical.
Front desk was a bit rude when they couldn't find my reservation from Booking.com. Once it got straightened out it was like a veil was lifted and the customer service was amazing so I found that a little inauthentic. Also, the rooftop bar has very slow service and the food wasn't great but this is me being nitpicky.

Great location in the heart of downtown. The hotel is very fancy and the staff were all super nice! Dennis at the front desk was particularly great and really helped out with everything since I first arrived. The room is spacious with a very luxurious bathroom and a nice view of downtown El Paso.
I stayed for quite a while at the hotel, and housekeeping varied significantly from day to day. For the most part, it was good. Some days, the new sheets were soiled and there were crumbs left on the bed.

wow wow wow wow blew my mind compared to hotels around the world this in on par with really nice international hotels, maybe the best hotel i’ve stayed at in the united states, staff super friendly and the roof top bar was stunning and the restaurant was crazy good
the A.C went down to 19 degrees celsius max would’ve liked it colder tbh but that’s my only issue

Spanish Hotel Boutique Chic. Friendly staff, of course including the sweetest and most helpful valet, spacious and truly comfortable suites with hardwood floors and the suites have a stocked mini fridge and snack bar, fun and very unique atmosphere, amazing ambience and beautiful decor, great downtown location with many restaurants, bars, Chase bank is near, The Plaza has a huge first floor bar and outstanding food at the hotel restaurant, Ambar (must try the guacamole , green salsa, and the spicy flourless chocolate cake ;) )

Great location, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean upmarket hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to be helpful.
Noise from music in local bars kept us awake until nearly 2 a.m. The basic requirement in any hotel is that it facilitates a good night's sleep. The hotel did not meet our expectations in this regard. The Ambar bar/ restaurant was dissappointing. We had breakfast there one morning and were shown straight to the buffet without being told what it cost or without explanation that we could pick a much cheaper option from the a la carte menu. With tip and tax added, we ended up paying over $80 for two mediocre breakfasts. We paid the price for not asking the right questions and left feeling disappointed and unhappy.

beautiful property with a great vibe. my room was so chic and comfortable. I loved the Nespresso machine and Le Labo bath accessories. the restaurant is great, but a little pricey. Despite lacking a business center, the staff was very accommodating to my requests for help as I prepared for a business meeting.
Upon arrival, the staff denied having received a box of important documents I had shipped to myself. this led to a stressful beginning of my trip. come to find out, the staff had put the box somewhere obscure and it had not been properly logged. opportunity for the hotel to be a bit more organized for their guests, particularly business travelers.

The reviews were really good for this hotel. I was comparing between this one and the Norte and Indigo but after visiting the hotel I know why I made the right decision and why all these reviews are positive. The hotel is basically brand new (renovated) the rooms are really nice for the price. The location is even better than the other 2 hotels that actually have a really good location. The hotel is next door to the passport agency that I had to do some work with. Starbucks is right in front of the restaurant, like 20 foot steps! It is a no brainer to stay somewhere else. Shower is really really nice too and a very comfy bed to make this stay an A +

one of the best remodels I have seen- ever. according to hotel mgt it took 10 years to fully complete- I believe it. room was outstanding on a corner where you could basically get a 180 degree view of Juarez with all the colorful roofs and compacted land area.
he negative- only 1. many reviewers on Yelp in particular and Google have identified a big issue the front desk does not voluntarily advise you of at check in. if you stay on a Friday or Saturday night be prepared for the loudest music you have heard outside of seeing the Stones. it is very much a bass sound that goes from 10pm roughly to the early hours of the morning.

Love everything on this Hotel! Vintage feel yet felt fancy and sophisticated, very clean, love their soap, shampoo and conditioner, bath gels, they smell so good! Great Staff, from the man at the front desk to the security guards, people at the bar! they are all very nice and accommodating! we also got a free upgrade! what a great anniversary gift🤍 thanks to the free drink at the bar, the best Pinnacolada!
Our stay was perfect, though We noticed the sheets/linen are not that soft, not a big deal because they are immaculately clean, love this place so much!
