The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The hotel has such a nice and funky vibe. I enjoyed the fruit water at reception too. The room is perfect and has all the amenities. It was also very clean and neat and nicely put together. The beds were comfy too. Great price and location was perfect for us to get to the airport.

The walls seem to be made of paper. It felt like other people (outside and next door) were in our room. We heard things we didn’t want to hear. We were notified in the morning of a suspicious character lurking around the parking garage who had approached another woman and her daughter. I don’t like that the garage is so open that anyone can just wander in.

Great place to stay with nice selection of restaurants and stores around it. I would most definitely stay again.

I didn't like the fact that I got billed for my rooms twice on two different credit cards. So now I have to get my bank to dispute these charges.

The room was clean and nice.

I stayed there due lost connected flight, I arrived at midnight, and the woman took a while to find my booking; it was a guess trying to talk to me by offering his business card, which I found odd, and the receptionist did nothing. they don't have service to book a taxi for you or help you with your bags.

We had great service at the front desk. The cleaning service was great. The place was conveniently located by restaurants, shopping, areas to just walk, and the hotel was pet friendly so we could take our dogs. There is convenient airport transportation which we didn't use but nice to know. The hotel was spacious and clean. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were bathrooms conveniently located in areas we were at. We used the bihbtable in the common area to eat our brought in meal. The pool table was great. There was tables and sitting space all over for plenty of people to sit at with great distancing. We felt safe in there. The pool was a nice temp, it felt great. I liked the separate patio are from the pool so our dogs could come hang out either us while we swam. Tgere was free Covered and uncoverd parking right by hotel.. We would come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. It was frequented by air pilots so it must be a great place for them

The only complaint was when we arrived the pool had leaves in the bottom of the pool. I realize with the wind blowing and leaves from the nearby trees, it can't be helped. However, there was also a piece of paper/napkin/hand sanitizer in the pool when we arrived and also on the last day there. Maybe someone should clean the pool everyday. The bar was not open while we were there. We did look forward to that. No microwave in the room. Too small of a smart refrigerator in the room, it didn't keep our food very cold.

They don't have a shuttle to the airport so in the amount I spent on an Uber, it would have been more cost effective for me to stay closer to the airport.

It was a central location to Arlington and fort worth. It was close to a lot of good food and entertainment.

The pool was a lot smaller than what it was on the site. No on site parking, had to park in the parking garage behind the hotel.

The location is in a middle of a shopping center, and everything is working distance. There are plenty of resturant and shops to choose from.

Very clean! Rooms look renovated and very nice! Lady up front recommended a driving service for us to get back to the airport by 7am, which was a huge relief! Definitely recommend staying here!
