Arrived at DFW…called hotel and shuttle arrived very quickly. We checked in and asked about restaurants to walk to in the area. Hotel staff arranged for shuttle driver to drive us to a close by restaurant….after our meal …we called and shuttle driver returned to pick us up…..it was very much appreciated! Breakfast in the morning was great ….lots of options..hot and cold……the biscuits and gravy were awesome…a real treat for this Canadian. The room was very clean and the beds comfy! Would recommend as it was great value and very close to airport. Shuttle back to airport was on time and very efficient.

I absolutely love the staff they become like family to me every month I feel like I'm coming home when I check ✔️ in 😃Frank who works the desk always smiling and warm inviting and my Joes the shuttle driver is really Awesome too I always enjoy my ride with him I love talking with him so friendly 😌 Thank you all for being so warm and inviting you spoil me I won't stay anywhere else....this is my home 💖

Breakfast was ok and surprised against the rating. Waffle can be prepared with jam and maple syrup. Yes, don't look for more meat on the tables, but it was still a lot.

Unfortunately the transfer from the airport to the hotel does not work much. The international flight lands at the D terminal and there is only one exit through the immigration officer. 3 x call to the hotel and it can't agree on a pickup service in this place (D terminal, international arriving 1-40 gates and green table of drop off)). You must take a cab for 30 bucks :-((

Clean and comfortable

The room and building quality were quite good. My room was facing the elevated Highway but I rarely heard noises from the traffic. The bed was firm and comfy. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and courteous. There’re also a Family Dollar store and a Thai restaurant in a less than five minute walking distance.

The lobby area and dining looked a bit bland and outdated. It definitely needed improvements. And the elevator was SUPER slow. They have got to do something about it.

I liked the greeting we received on arrival. It was very warm and friendly. The bathrooms were large and the water pressure was great.

The fitness centre was disappointing. The free weights started at 15lbs each and some of the cardio machines were broken. The breakfast was not very good. We did like the egg options, but usually the main option was served poached in water, which was not appealing at all. So little food was out at one time that we could take too much or there would be nothing left for the next person. The fruit was good though.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our hotel door not locking and they responded very quickly and made sure the issue was resolved right away. The breakfast selection was great, the room was clean, the area was quiet and close to the highway for easy access to many attractions.

The parking could be improved. Very limited parking.

Breakfast was good and the shuttle service was very helpful. Special mention to Brian as a driver, he was very kind and helped us a lot.

The location is not the best if you do not have a car or plan to use public transportation, since it is very limited. One of the shuttle drivers was not very happy to take us because he was very “busy”.

The way the rooms are designed create a very homey feel to them. They're very clean and comfortable.

I wished the TV was a little closer to the couch so it would be possible to eat and watch TV at the same time. The only way this would be possible in the room I used would have been to eat on the bed

The location is very convenient, close to major highways and convenience stores. All staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent, fresh breakfast with several options.

Bathroom needed racks and hangers for towels and updated shower equipment.
