The manager is one of the best managers and a motel I have experienced the staff here is really nice and always helpful and willing to go the extra mile and they're very friendly it's like home away from home

It's by a freeway so I would suggest that you stay in the room's facing the north so you don't hear the traffic or the loud trucks with that loud pipes accelerating to get on the freeway that's the only thing

Miguel was very helpful. We had booked a smaller room and did not like it. It was too small for someone as big as my husband. I asked about upgrading and he handled our upgrade. No one bothered us during our stay.

The traffic outside was loud and constant.

Room is clean and the property is quiet at night.

My room is right off the highway, and sometimes the car noise wakes me when someone decides to go super fast and rev their engine.

The surrounding area was a bit rough, but I got what I paid for. outside walkways could have done with being gritted.

The staff took great care of my family during our stay. They provided great customer service, answered the front desk calls immediately and made it a great stay.

The hotel experienced a water problem leaving the hotel without hot water for a period of time.

The bed was comfortable and clean as was the whole room. AC, TV, bathroom, lights all worked. I got a very good night sleep after a day of travel. There was not a lot of noise from surrounding rooms this night. I was happy with how close it is to the airport, how it met all of my needs for a night of travel layover, it has a Starbucks right next door and other restaurants nearby.

When I got into the bed it was a little bit damp as if the sheets had not been fully dried. I thought that was a little bit odd. Occasionally I could hear people talking outside and pulling up, getting out, getting in, and pulling luggage to and from their rooms on the walk outside of the room.

Super clean, newly renovated, place looks spotless and new, bed was comfy, new smart tv was nice

The AC was not controlled as normal. You either turn it on or off, no thermostat control in the room, just a note that says "don't touch other controls, just On or Off". Room got a little warm in early morning as the sun hit the window. Had to wake up and tell AC to turn back on. Not nice to make me get up and turn on AC. Is this 1950 before thermostats ? A 2nd layer of curtains would be better to darken room a bit more

Customer service, employees, and how clean it was.

There wasn't a single thing I did not like. Even though they are under renovation it was still nice and peaceful. The water may take a while to get hot in the shower but like I said I couldn't have stayed at a better place than this Motel 6.

I loved the location, the convenience of the Starbucks

the room smelled so much of smoke when we Arrived and when the staffed cleaned as of though they smoke in the room while cleaning. I was issued a room key and had my property in my room and was called after to see if I was going to make it to my reservation due to a staff mistake

The rooms need microwaves. Because sometimes you just don't feel like going out to eat you just like to eat a little TV dinner in the room and watch a movie. So it might not be a bad idea to invest in them just saying.
