Hampton Inn & Suites Colleyville DFW Airport West

Had a nice stay at this hotel during a recent trip to Dallas. The rooms are a great size and fairly updated. The bed was comfortable and the AC was keeping us cool from the Texas heat. There was plenty of parking and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We did not partake in the breakfast during our stay, but it looked good as we passed one morning. The hotel is in a good location nearby several restaurants and shopping/convenience stores if you forgot something!

There were very few towels provided in the bathroom. I was traveling with my significant other and it appeared that only a few towels were supplied in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for more as daily housekeeping had to be requested and was not provided each day; not a big deal, just seemed suited to a single traveler rather than a couple.

Other Hampton Inns I have stayed in the past had sausage gravy with breakfast. I had a biscuit with butter and jelly with a piece of sausage. I had a bowl of oatmeal too!!

A variety of juice would have been nice. For people with dietary restrictions would appreciate this. The eating area was a little warm as well as the reception are.

Rooms and bathroom very clean, pool was nice, a bit cold bit they kids enjoyed it. Nice facilities, location is great, a lot of good restaurant's close to it. 1st night we order pizza from Tony's and they deliver to the hotel, highly recommended, very good.

They have a GREAT heated indoor pool and they have a gym for people who like to work out! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is close to everything with easy access while being a bit away from the core of the busy intercity and traffic and Colleyville is a nice pretty area.

The front desk staff was nice but not very informative. I had to ask about breakfast and was told the serving area was open but it wasn't. All they had were little mediocre breakfast boxes of either a bagel and yogurt or a box of hard boiled eggs, which isn't much of a breakfast. Also, they did not mention to me, nor it is on the booking.com listing for the hotel, that they charge an extra incidental fee on top of your bill of $20, which I know isn't alot but needs to be added on the "important info" so that people know and what I didn't like is that they didn't TELL me about it when they charged me so I had to call down and ask; most people do not like those little unexpected surprises.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was on point. Hot, fresh, and oh so good. We took advantage of the fitness center. So many restaurants and stores nearby.

I have no complaints.

Such a nice hotel! Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, wonderful breakfast with different options each day! With family living in the neighborhood, I will stay here from now on.

I got there early in a windy day and decided to come in and ask if I can check in before check in time. The receptionist was more than welcome to help me to do so, gave me a room and didn’t forgetting remind me about services here. The room was clean and neat, the bathroom was specially comfortable.

The room, spacious and clean Beds,, and pillows, very comfortable Friendly attentive staff, Even though reduced, they were enough Breakfast buffet. Close enough to the airport

No restaurants within walking distance. Food offerings behind hotel counter are a step but room service would be better.

- Just 6km away from DFW - Restaurant and Shops in walking distance - very good breakfast, many options also for somebody who doesn’t like it sweet ;) - friendly and helpful staff

- the air condition also has to be controlled centrally. Because we had it off and it was still cold at night.

Top for me is how modern and clean. Staff was great and the hotel is in a quiet location with a nice mexican restaurant next door which was easy to walk to. There was a lot of stores and restaurants across the highway which was super easy to get to. Stayed here twice and both times were very pleasant.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
