The Inn and staff are excellent in making sure their customers are comfortable in all ways. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The beds felt comfortable. We were on the 1st floor next to the gym and our room was so soundproof. We never heard any noise or any disturbances. This was one of the best Hotels that we have stayed in. Also, another thing I like is the parking accommodations. We were able to park in a reasonable spot. The Hotel is near the highway. Just everything about LaQuinta Inn was excellent.

Everything about La Quinta was excellent. I have no negative remarks. My family was so pleased. When my family is happy, I'm happy. We can't stop talking about how nice this trip was at the LaQuinta Inn.

Clean, reasonable rate.

Eggs and sausage served cold. Waffle great. No real sugar for hot tea. Hot water for tea was not hot.

Upon checking in facility was cool, comfy and presentable. The lady who checked us in was pleasant. Breakfast was actually very good. Food was hot and constantly being refreshed by the lady from the kitchen. She looks like a very hard worker and deserves praise. ❤️

The overall room cleanliness of the sheets and bathroom could be better. The bathroom was dingy..We didn't like that we were close to the ice machine. It was loud in the early morning hours. The pool water looked cloudy and a little dirty on the pool floor..the door to gain access by the parking garage wasn't working in the early hours the following morning and I had to walk up the huge ramp..but I survived.

Liked the security and the location.

When I checked in and requested for a government rate or military discount, I was advised it was too late and I should've done it during booking, but during booking, it didn't give me that option. The clerk made no attempt to assist or cared about my request.My credit card was not charged until I checked out, so I feel that she could have assisted or even attempted to assist me in my request. The entire stay was excellent, but for the check-in.

I liked it when you came into the facility it smelled clean. We were greeted by either Alexis or Jason every time we walked past them thru out our stay at the front desk, or when they were cleaning, they stopped and spoke, making sure our stay was pleasant. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely did an awesome job.

I honestly have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the designated check-in time, but we were allowed to hang out in the lobby. As the time approached check-in time, we were allowed to check in as soon as a room became available. There was a housekeeping issue I mentioned to the staff, but I appreciated that it was addressed and taken care of promptly.

There weren’t any restaurants within a close walking distance, but we were able to have food delivered without issue.

The breakfast was excellent. Ms. Norah was very much available both on Saturday and Sunday morning, making sure we all get what we want. I wish she was the one there Friday morning and everyday. The coffee was excellent and the food hot. My kids want us to go back again.

I wish you have do not disturb sign for all the rooms. The TV guide not working but all well and good, we enjoyed our stay and watched march madness. Need to be creative and electronic tech savvy to get your desire station. Enjoyed it all

it was great! garage parking available! very secure do to you needing your key card to gain access to the garage entrance and rooms.. it’s in a great location with easy access to basically anywhere in Galveston! the breakfast was fantastic! They had scrambled eggs, yogurt, a machine made fresh pancakes when you pushed a button. had 2 waffle makers with one being the shape of Texas! and they had great coffee!

unless we just happened to miss it but signs for guest check in. but that might have just been us missing it

It was clean and new. You had some pretty views of the ocean from some rooms and also the hallway windows. Love the breakfast with the waffle maker, pancake maker, cereal and other continental breakfast items and choice of juices. Short drive to downtown and the cruise ports.

Sad that there was an outdoor pool. I would love to see indoor/ outdoor pools so that you can swim year-round!
