The view was still not what we wanted but the rooms we want can only be booked through the hotel site so next time I will be going straight through them instead of wasting my time through booking.com

I liked the rooms and location of the hotel. Friendly staff.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the pools were hot. Don’t heat the pools in summer. One of the the biggest things I looked forward to on vacation is relaxing in the pool but these pools were not refreshing at all. So hot! No relaxing in the cool pool. 😒

good views, good location, basic amenities as expected for what we booked and needed for our stay. master bed was actually quit comfortable. we brought our own bedding for our master bed and the daughter twin bed which made it even more comfortable for us

rooms need more toilet paper stocked as two rolls wasn’t enough for 3 people for 4 days. other guests were letting their children run and scream through the outer hallways which was only bad because the master rooms windows are right in the halls and it was 4am. property should think about implementing a quiet curfew like the Victorian property does down the street.

The rooms were a little small but overall it was great.

I didn't really care for the outdoor furniture, patio furniture would be nice and the bunk beds were not to comfortable but overall it was good.

Loved the condo. The staff were great! We asked for a room closest to the elevator and we got one right around the corner. Great view from the balcony. Pool was always clean. so was the entire place.

Was given a price online. Also verified with someone on the phone to make sure. But the cost was about $40 more because of booking fees from booking.com. The facility had no control over that extra cost.

It was clean, much cleaner than an average place on the Gulf Coast. Interior was really nice + there was a lot of lights, and all light bulbs were in place and working! This is again, something that doesn't happen too often. I was lucky to stay on the side facing the restaurant, not the 61st street, so could enjoy the view without smelling and hearing cars. Utensils are nice, all the same style.

Some basic things were missing. And they cost literally nothing, like a sponge for washing dishes or the toilet brush. There was no body wash as well, so at least one more piece of soap would be so helpful. There's no good knife. The room overall is comfy and smartly designed, but it's on the smaller side. It felt almost too small for 1 adult and 2 kids. So for 4 adults, it would be uncomfortable. Bunk beds are not comfortable.

We loved the balcony ocean view and the handy kitchenette.

The hot tub was very cold. A real let-down when you're traveling.
