Comfort Inn & Suites Gatesville Near Fort Cavazos

Very clean and location was great

The only negative was the scrambled eggs weren’t that good. I prepaid for the hotel though booking.com and the girl at the front desk said it didn’t look like it had been paid. I showed her my receipt from booking.com and where it was pulled out off our checking account. She was new and had to get with someone and they figured it out.

The pool was lovely, the room was clean spacious and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything

I go to Gatesville once a month and stay one night. I’m a vendor at the local Trade Days. The place I have been staying is closed for remodeling. Last month I stayed at the other cheaper place, not good, the bed was hard and I felt like I was sleeping on to of a table. This time I decided to splurge and stay here. It is a great place. The bed is so very comfortable and not soft but at least you kind of sink in a little. My hip bone didn’t hurt. They have a good heavy comforter so I turned the A C down cold and slept very well.

The price, it is over priced in my opinion. I know all the reasons they have to justify the higher rate but still in my opinion it is priced too high. It’s a solid $100. A night place but not a 151.00 (that was with tax). I had to sell a lot of stuff just to pay for the room.

The staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations!

We were close to the outside door. The door was extremely loud. The handicap showere was difficult to operate.

Beautiful room, comfortable beds. Liked the outward-arch shower curtain rod to make the shower area feel larger.

No coffee at 7am breakfast. It was an obvious oversight.

Nice staff that we interacted with. Clean room, nothing obviously wrong there. Fresh feel to the entry and room.

I usually DO NOT stay at Comfort Inn or any of the similar brands. I was once lied to by mgmt at one and I remember that very clearly. Had the Holiday Inn been available, I would have stayed there.

Easy to walk to a lovely restaurant, which was good, beds were very cosy, staff was very nice , the breakfast was great ,

The AC was cold and the water HOT. bed is very comfortable and has a good comforter. I like to turn the AC down and cover up good makes for good nights rest. This accomplished the purpose.

Nothing except I think it might be a little over priced. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Breakfast was good. They were out of bacon or sausage. Like the choice of yogurt.

Instant coffee is not desired.
