The water pressure was great and shower head was tall enough for me. The bed was comfortable and the a/c kept the room cool, once it got there. The owners were super accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. I inadvertently booked a smoking room and they moved me to a non-smoking room, very thankful!! You can tell they take pride in their business and work hard to provide a great stay for their guests.

Realizing that it is summertime in Texas, and I think our room had been vacant for a short time, there were spider webs around the outside door handle and door frame. And just the slightest crack in the weatherstripping allows more little bugs to creep inside too.

I travel for my work- I'm a PEVO- pilot escorting oversize loads, we had to shutdown early due to mechanical problems and I found this hotel and the reviews were raving about this place, so I decided to give it a chance. I prefer to support non chain hotels if I can, because they tend to take care of their customers. I was not disappointed and the owners have put work into this place. The outside was appealing and my room(115) appears to be updated. The king bed was comfortable, the chair in the room was comfortable as well. The water in the sink was hot enough, didn't use the shower, since I had just had one that morning. The next day I had requested a later checkout since I was still waiting on the driver to give me an update if he was fixed(he had to go to Waco). They accommodated the late checkout by extending an hour longer, it helped out a lot. This is close to shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely come back if my travels bring in this direction.

The only thing I would have to complain about was that some of the other tenants were outside with their car stereo on blasting and I was trying to get some rest not knowing how early I may have to roll out.

This isn't a fancy or super modern place...but we weren't looking for fancy or super modern. We were looking for comfort and cleanliness, and that's what we got. Mattresses and bedding were more to our preferences than a typical hotel, and water pressure in the bathroom was good. We didn't run into any problems during our stay.

No breakfast, but we knew that when we booked and there's a McDonald's across the street.

Well, there is no breakfast, but there is a Mc Donalds right across the street. The beds were so comfortable you did not to want to get up. Very clean and the workers were very nice and helpful.

Nothing. Well I guess they could have had a breakfast since their website says they have one. But it was no big deal the price was great.

This Motor lodge is in the Center of Gatesville about a mile East of the Town Square. The location is close to all Gatesville has to offer. You can BBQ Texas style if you like in the courtyard. No Sugar Breakfast but an excellent price and money left to get a proper breakfast.

This location is always clean and the AC works great. The beds are comfortable and the owners are super friendly. It's in a great location and you can walk across the street to Mcdonalds or go a little futher to a nice gas station.

Nothing I'm super happy with my stay.

It was the perfect quiet hotel, very clean, everything was in working condition. Bathroom was spotless, beds and pillow were so comfortable we couldn't believe it. My daughter and I felt very safe, no one hanging around. we will definitely stay there again. Great rate.

All I needed was basic lodgings. So glad to find The Regency Inn. Accommodations are very clean, room decorated tastefully and the staff was delightful and helpful. When in this area, if I need lodgings will rely upon Regency Inn. Thank you so much, Pam

The Inn is exceptionally clean, both inside the room and outside as well. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The beds are amazingly comfortable and it is quiet inside the rooms. The Inn is close to restaurants and laundry facilities. Extremely reasonable price and pet friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave! I didn't like that I have stayed at many other "nice" places that wasn't nearly as nice for twice the price.
