Best Western Plus Downtown Inn And Suites

1. Daily housekeeping. I've been in hotels that charge x5 the price and didn't have good quality, daily housekeeping. 2. Free coffee in lounge and room (the one in the lounge is actually pretty good). Water bottles regularly replaced in the room. 3. Breakfast included (although gets repetitive, could use some variation). 4. Parking is included. 5. Close to almost everything. 6. Rooms are spacious and pretty good, everything seems new.

Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing and staff were very attentive.

They charged me $15 to check in 45 min early. I thought that a little excessive.

Usually for 3-star hotels in the US, my expectation of the room cleanness and furniture condition is very low, but this hotel, it raises the bar, the hotel condition is very good and room are very clean and tidy, and the furniture condition is very good, the location of the hotel in the downtown with walking distance to the offices area, also the hotel provide free parking, the breakfast was excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is security at night guarding the parking lot

Nice hotel, beginning to show its age, A very spacious and quiet room where everything worked, including the aircon thank goodness as it was 105f one day (that's over 40c for anyone under 12)! Breakfast was really good with a variety of things to choose and was available until 09.30. Reasonably well situated with restaurants in walking distance and we felt reasonably safe, although best to Uber back for a few dollars if late.

Nothing about the hotel, but beware all drivers in Houston, and probably all of Texas, are completely mental and the road signs leave a lot to be desired - even Google is confused! We negotiated it safely though and once you get used to it, it's fine.

The room had good space and was clean and tidy. The daily housekeeping was something we liked. The breakfast offered everyday was pretty good. 24/7 coffee was a plus. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. The hotel was very near to downtown that made it very convenient for us to visit the downtown area, the museum district was also around 3 miles and had direct connectivity from a nearby metro train station so the location of the hotel was very good. We would like to come again to this hotel.

We found the breakfast tables and floor used to become dirty as the guests started having breakfast in the morning but nobody was there to clean. The hotel staff should make sure the tables and floor are kept clean and the area should be kept hygienic. The sanitizer dispenser was empty throughout our 3 day stay. If the dispenser is kept there it should be ensured it is filled and in working condition all the time.

We checked in with Andrew who was great! We were provided with all the information needed for our stay as well as recommendations on food accommodations nearby. The swimming pool and gym were both enjoyable. Overall we were surprised with the interior of the hotel and would definitely return for a visit and recommend to friends and family. Also, many thanks to the staff for notifying us of a toy one of our children left!

Very clean and comfortable; great hot breakfast; convenient free parking; easy access to downtown, Allen Parkway, and I-45; parking lot security at night; very little noise between rooms; happy little outdoor pool with a waterfall, sheltered from the hot sun; helpful courteous staff.

I didn’t feel great about walking at night; had to get in the car to get to a restaurant or grocery store; expensive for a Best Western and compared to comparable hotels elsewhere inside the loop.

Very clean all throughoutt the hotel, thanks to the excellent accommodation staff and very good management. 👍 Breakfast was the best I've had so far in any hotel in Texas.. The pool and hot tub are lovely and complimentary coffee-tea-water all day. I would, and I AM highly recommending this hotel.

I can't fault the hotel for anything. Houston, however is not a very touristy city. There's really very little of interest in Houston

Went and stayed 3 nights on Nov 4-7 2022 for the World Series game and our stay was beyond more of what we expected! Room was very clean, 4 water bottles were included in our room, plus they gave us toothpaste for our hygiene, Parking is free and they have a night security Wacthing the Parking lot, and Breakfast was awesome 👌 👏🏼 Way more than we expected! We checked out on the 7th and the Astros Parade was about to start and they told us we could leave our car parked there even though we had checked out already and they would watch it for us so we could go to the Parade! This hotel will Definitely be on my List as one of my Top Hotels whenever i find myself in Houston Texas!! Very Satisfied Customer!!👌👏🏼💯 Awesome Stay!!💯💯

Good location, short walk from bars/restaurants in Midtown. Our room was huge and comfortable. Nice little pool and hot tub too. Free parking in front of the hotel was a definite plus. Decent value compared with other hotels close to downtown.

Very few complaints, except that at breakfast nearly everything was disposable - eg plates, utensils - and/or wrapped in plastic. It seemed quite wasteful when it would be easy enough to use normal dishes and wash them.
