The room was very spacious. Bedding was comfortable and Heating was proper. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was kinda ok.. Locations is quite far from Airport. There is a Bus Station near at about 10 mins walk. Buses can take you anywhere in the City.

Nothing in particular but there was no HALAL food option nearby. Next door PUB plays loud music which can be annoying. Rooms are not sound proof.

Staff was very professional and friendly. They had a decent breakfast spread and the room was very clean.

Wish there was brighter lighting in the rooms, more than just lamps. Also, would have liked to have USB plugs for charging devices in the room.

The hotel is very clean. Front dest staff and cleaning staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is included and it was very clean. I like there is a custom coffee maker. I can make my own coffee.

When it's about the breakfast time end, the staff stood by the coffee machine to shut the door off. I understand breakfast time end at 9:30 but feel it can be more comfortable if she was not there the whole time telling us the breakfast ends at 9:30am.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel which is exactly why I've stayed here MULTIPLE times. If you're looking for a 3 star hotel with 5 star ambiance in the Houston/Energy corridor area, this must be your go to place! The staff (front desk& house keeping) are ALWAYS pleasant!! And the manager Flo is definitely the greatest! She's the GOAT of Hotel management! I had issues twice, not anything at the hotels fault, but both times she was absolutely more than helpful with resolving my issues. She made me feel as though she cared as if the problem was her own& it was she losing money! She's such an asset to the hotel! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER AS WELL AS THE HOTEL! Anytime I stay here, I dread having to leave& I'm one that love being inside my own home!!

Convenience, budget friendly, excellent choice for single traveler and family friendly, excellent buffet breakfast in a bright open area. Safety parking free. Staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. That was the case for me! Until I had an interaction with FLO, I don’t believe the woman had smile muscles , or they are in training as FLO looked like she had only used her smile :-( upside down). I had extended my stay to check out Sunday 10/1/22, after my interaction with the manager FLO, I immediately packed and left prior to check out time on 9/29/22 sick as I had extended my stay as I wasn’t feeling well. It was a wonderful experience and I was irritated that a working staff was being led by someone who has No Clue about ‘hospitality’ or customer service. I rece y stayed at this hotel. The king bed suite was very comfortable. It was convenient having the sitting room and the separate bedroom. The continental breakfast was very good. There was a nice selection of various breakfast items. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the smell of smoke in my room. It wasn't overbearing but for a non smoker like myself it was very noticeable. Also the phone didn't have a phone cord, so I wasn't able to make any calls. But I had my cellphone so it wasn't a big deal. The staff did offer me a different room but I was to tired to haul my stuff. I just sprayed some smell goods throughout the suite.

Big upgrade compared to the Homewood Suites by Hilton across the street, even with some downgrades in amenities like full kitchen. Gym always available with good equipment for cardio.

Indoor swimming pool is tool cold in the winter. Bad lucky that the AC filter is probably at time to be changed. Internet could be better, but it much better than Homewood Suites by Hilton across the street.

For value for your money this hotel is an excellent deal. The location was right by the highway but you don’t hear anything. The hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean, offered toiletries, refrigerator.

Overall it was a fantastic stay, I do wish the breakfast was a little different. Because of COVID the breakfast is in a paper bag (which is fine). It consisted of a small orange juice, jimmy dean biscuit with egg and meat, Quaker oat granola bar, apple and muffin. It was the same breakfast for all three mornings. We traveled with two kids and they didn’t seem to have any problems or concerns with the hotel. We would stay again!!

This hotel was very quiet no noise at all. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and the hotel itself was very clean. There were also a few places to get food from within walking distance overall a great experience.

I think they should get a change machine for guest laundry since they don't accept cards. It only accepts change ...and I don't keep a pocket full of quarters.

Breakfast was good. Location was great.

Even though there was a safety bar in tub; that tub was very slippery, could be dangerous. The 1st step into the tub. The bathroom had NO vent; or, if there was one, it NEVER came on. The sink area would be better if you had a bigger space on both sides to put your toiletries, etc. out.
