location was perfect. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Booking.com informs that hotel has parking for $13/day. This is however not very accurate in that it doesn’t tell the customer the full story. $13/day is at an adjoining public parking garage which is perfectly fine. But what the information doesn’t tell is that you have to pay every time you pull the car out of the garage. This is critical information that the customer should be told. Hotel offers valet parking which allow you to take the car out any number of times. But that is $35/day, way too dear I’d say.

I liked the design and decor.

I booked this location because of the inside pool. However, it was out of order during my stay. That was disappointing. Also, direction to the drop-off (unloading and loading) entrance should be updated on the mapping sites. Making the directions more detail should enhance guest arrivals.

Nice, modern rooms that are very comfortable.

Access to some areas was restricted or amenities reduced in size due to renovation works but I understand this is temporary. Breakfast area and bar are a bit sterile - but work is planned for a complete renovation including a new restaurant. Daily valet parking was a bit expensive. Being in the heart of the medical district there are not many non-fast food dining choices within walking distance.

The property is fantastic! Staff is great great location. Very easy access to Methodist.

No free Wi-Fi. I paid a premium price to stay at this fantastic hotel and tried to charge me $14.99 for 1 day. very disappointed

We did the Starbucks location which was great for grab and go.

The entrance from the hotel to the parking garage was a little difficult to figure out, since it was after hours.

Clean, attractive lobby, close to activities and restaurants.

Parking: valet was expensive and self park for hotel was closed. The alternate was confusing to locate. Wi-Fi was an extra $15 per day unless you were a member and had booked only through hotel.

Clean, modern. Quiet. Staff super nice and helpful.

Pillows were uncomfortable. That is my problem in general in hotels. Very hard for me to find a hotel with comfortable pillows. The food choice at Curate was very limited, more healthy options would be a plus.

Hotel was nice and clean

Very confusing when we got there. No one was at vallet park so we self parked. Going through the building .. I think it was a hospital was very confusing & not enough signage.

We didn’t take advantage of the bfast and the reason being is that we had a very early medical procedure at the medical center. Our stay was very good. Staff were very friendly & very accommodating. Hi This time though I was not happy the way the vallet parking attendant because as we arrived, we waited too long for someone. He was on the phone the whole time talking about Facebook friends coz I overheard him. My husband is in a wheelchair and he did not help at all with the wheelchair so I have to get it mysel f. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
