The rooms were excellent. Very clean and welcoming. The location and parking was fantastic. I especially liked that The parking was reasonably priced.

We went to the restaurant Curate at 7 o’clock on a Saturday night. We ordered food to take back to our rooms. It took an hour to get our food while others were served more quickly. We specifically asked for no onions and no dairy because of food allergies. And still were served with onions and dairy. It would’ve been nice if the other restaurant was also open. And if the kitchen had been more thorough and considerate of our needs.

So fresh and clean. Restaurant was fabulous. Had wonderful Mediterranean salad and Tomato Basil soup at Curate! All of the employees were so accommodating everywhere we went within the hotel. Valet employees went the extra mile for us when we had to make a very early surgery hour at a nearby hospital! They showed up an hour early for us. So impressed with this hotel!

Hotel was very clean, all staff encountered helpful and pleasant. Bellman brouggt luggage up and gave quick rundown of ice machine and restaurant/ bar hours. Located close to great eating choices really close by. Great Valet services. Train right outside drops you off at NRG stadium

Alot of construction going on, in a congested area.

Did not have breakfast. Was not going to pay $23.00 for breakfast there.

For the $$$ price that was charged, gouging because of location to the many hospitals and cancer treatments, I thought that the towels should have been fluffy and softer, the bathroom should have been better equipped with different toiletries., i.e. shower cap, swabs, better lotion.

We stayed longer than planned because of medical reasons. We were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, Neville is a star, the room service was good, the front desk staff were helpful, and the location was perfect because it was close to the hospital.

I really loved the Valentine’s Day set up with the snacks /treats and live music. The 3 course meal was a great idea.

The location was right in the Medical Center so it was a little congested. The parking is ridiculous

Booking.com informs that hotel has parking for $13/day. This is however not very accurate in that it doesn’t tell the customer the full story. $13/day is at an adjoining public parking garage which is perfectly fine. But what the information doesn’t tell is that you have to pay every time you pull the car out of the garage. This is critical information that the customer should be told. Hotel offers valet parking which allow you to take the car out any number of times. But that is $35/day, way too dear I’d say.

Accessible room difficult for wheelchair. Poor layout. Small space.

Free shuttle to Rice University. Food in restaurant excellent.

I liked the design and decor.

I booked this location because of the inside pool. However, it was out of order during my stay. That was disappointing. Also, direction to the drop-off (unloading and loading) entrance should be updated on the mapping sites. Making the directions more detail should enhance guest arrivals.
