Very clean, no frills, great value for the price. Perfect for an emergency one-night stay when my flight was cancelled. Good free basic breakfast (cereal, toast, waffles, yogurt) and free airport shuttle (somewhat limited hours).

The key card didn't always work reliably, and I would have appreciated having wifi information in the room so I didn't have to ask the front desk. I wish the airport shuttle ran past 11:30 pm so I didn't have to take an Uber there. But I get that for this low price there are limitations on what can be offered.

I checked in to wait comfortably for an 8 hour layover. I saw a flight out of Hobby with a better departure time so I took another Uber from IAH to the hotel was charged over 18 dollars. I wish they had shuttles for airport pickup. I then called another Uber for a ride to HOU where eventually my flight was cancelled. Instead of returning to my hotel at IAH I just flew back home to HRL instead of visiting my grandchildren in Iowa. To clarify, I am a retiree from a major airline and have stayed at your hotel under similar situations. I only stayed 2 hours and it was the first time i was charged $100 deposit, which has not been returned yet. I have previously awarded your hotel 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor due to excellent customer service. But I think $100 deposit for a budget hotel was excessive. Airline employees are usually not charged such expensive deposits as we are only there to rest between flights.

Your desk staff/housekeepers are always exemplary and that along with the price will always be my layover hotel near IAH. My only suggestion would be to lower the deposit and return it in a timely manner.

The price is within out budget for a short transit for a noon flight the next day. There is free shuttle which might save your money at least around $8. The room is nice, clean though the style a bit oldy. But that is ok since the location I would say pretty safe. To go to downtown is also easy, there is nearby bus stop which you can take and pay around $1 to downtown. Downtown is very far from the airport.

I am so glad I was able to find an affordable place. It was so much needed and I enjoyed my stay very much.

It bothered me tremendously this hotel only had one person working when the lobby was filled with people from problems with the airlines. The worker was amazing and positive but way overworked. The management should be ashamed of dumping this responsibility on only one person during check-in at night.

Check in and out was smooth. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

I tired to book a shuttle from the airport ahead of time and no answer to 3 emails. Ended up booking an Uber for $40 round trip. Advertised muffins/fruit in morning but still no service due to Covid. They did have coffee made.

The hotel is located very well at the airport, and the shuttle only takes around 10 minutes. You will have to call the hotel to organize the shuttle though. Back to the airport, a shuttle leaves every hour without any problems.

The hallway was littered and the room smelled funny

Booking.com didn’t pay the property and I had to pay again before I could stay on the property. Enduring the whole ordeal causing several hours of sleep trying to resolve the issue, calling my to verify my cc was good, going online to see the money had been taken from my cc, and the embarrassment of them thinking my cc was declined and having to showing the money was taken to no avail. Hope non of your other customers have this experience

I used this hotel twice within 10 days on either end of an international trip. I wanted to stay in an inexpensive place that could shuttle me to the airport for my flights. The Red Roof Inn met my expectations. It's a little worn, but the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay there again for the value.

The shuttle was very helpful. Also, I liked the available options for breakfast. The room was clean and comfy.

The water fountain in the lobby was not working. Also, there were not any vending machines in the lobby.

Great Location - only 5 minute drive to the airport. Airport shuttle was provided by the hotel- that was a great plus. Shuttle operates from 7 - 11 am and 5-10 pm

If the hotel has provided some plastic cups in the room would have been nice.
