The main purpose for this stay was a 18 hours-connection flight (Midnight to 8:00 pm in Houston), unfortunately the weather announced 40°C during the day for doing some tour around, so we decided to stay in the hotel until our departure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, from the front desk, amenities to the room. I’ll appreciate that they can do a “late-check out” because the beds were awesome! The shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes until 11:30 pm, helps a lot!

Good stay overall. Convenient for IAH, especially with a free shuttle. Although I didn't know I had to call the hotel to get the shuttle. My expectation was they were running constantly and just needed to find them outside (as in some other airports). And there were no messages to let us know. I booked through Booking.com and most of other hotels have messages to notify about parking/shuttle and other arrangements. I also had an issue with breakfast. I've booked breakfast inclusive room rate and stayed with entire family (2 adults + 2 children), which was stated on the booking. For some reason at the breakfast I was told I only had one breakfast included. When speaking to receptionist, she just sent me back to the breakfast counter, "as they are separate companies and they don't deal with breakfasts". Basically they left me to sort it out, offering no assistance. This was a bit annoying. Otherwise enjoyable stay with good room and beds. Perfect for airport layover.

The Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern with a wonderful complimentary hotel shuttle service. The room was beautifully designed with soft gentle music that played as I entered the room. I loved the interior design of the room. It had everything in the room that I needed. I loved the bathroom! Staff were wonderful and friendly and suppper helpful!!! Thank you!!

The only "negative" thing that I didn't like is that the only place to eat at the hotel is at the downstairs starbucks, which has Limited open times, which makes eating difficult!

The room was incredible, modern, included microwave, safe and refrigerator. the layout of the room was very different, comfortable, large and equipped with all amenities, such as upscale coffee machine. it is managed to give any travel options with regard to meals, freezer section to buy meals you could microwave or the bistro cafe which was wonderful. Staff friendly and shuttle service to airport was great. We have never stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott, but will definitely do so again when the need arises.

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited, and initially they said not included but when I showed my booking they said to put it on my room. My first receipt was correct, but after I had left another was sent to me that included charges for my breakfast. I have had to call and deal with that. Irritating. Otherwise, the hotel was convenient and staff friendly and helpful

I was very nauseated from motion sickness due to extreme turbulence. I had not intended to stay the night in Houston, but it became necessary due to the motion sickness. By the time I got to the front desk I was very very unwell. The staff took care of everything, gave me water, helped as much as possible so I could get to the room and sleep. Marriott has a fantastic staff at that hotel. I will remember, and have already told my loved ones, about their professionalism and kindness.

Everything was very clean... from the front door all the way up to the room. The front lobby area as well as the room had a very pleasant smell. I also liked that they had a Starbucks inside the hotel!

There was really no complaints... the view maybe could have been better? We were over-looking a park n ride. kinda boring to see however, we weren't there for a view.

For the size of the hotel it would be nice to have an eatery available with suitable hours. We did get something to eat for dinner on Friday night - and the food was excellent - but poor hours of operation for Saturday and Sunday and a limited menu. A lack of good restaurants around the hotel within at least a 5 mile radius.

I liked the proximity to the hotel, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

There wasn't any room service and the shuttle to the hotel was difficult to find at the airport. Also, the next morning I had to take a taxi as the shuttle didn't start until 530am and my flight to Canada departed at 715am.

I called main lobby in July, to reserve the room..next to the airport..due an earlyflight...apparently the person who took my call made the reservation at the Courtyard instead of the one next to the airport. Was lucky to get the last room.still don't know about the getting my refund from the Courtyard?
