Security & parking and cleanliness was good

First of all they tried to pull money before I arrive. I called and she said that's the way they do thing there Attitude of clerk at check.in.we where there for a Funeral and we didn't need the extra stress. Sign in window only sake breakfast which included 🍎, muffin,peppermint, water,crunch bar. The reason I booked was because of hot meal it was 34 degrees and rainy. I really didn't want to go out for food when it was supposed to be provided and with kids was not good .

From the time we pulled up to the front door, we were impressed. The landscaping is beautiful. When we walked in the front door you could smell how clean it was. The staff is very pleasant. Our room was so quiet, that was the best part. My husband loved the pillows so much, we bought four of them. They have a great breakfast as well.

Staff at registration desk was extremely helpful and personable. I was able to look ahead in the app and reserve two rooms for the night. This was very helpful as I didn’t want to wait to find lodging when we arrived where we were going to stop for the night. Our room was super clean and everything seemed very new. We slept great on the beds - very comfortable!

Actually can’t think of a thing I didn’t like.

The room was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. We were a little worried it might be a little noisy being next to the elevator, but there was hardly any noisy at all.

The room advertised online that it had 2 sofas, but there was only 1 sofa and a hard bench like seat. Would have liked to have had a hot breakfast instead of the sack breakfast. I don't think covid protocol is a good enough not to have normal breakfast.

Breakfast was better than acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and. comfortable. Main, most important draw, was facilities for electric vehicle charging -- excellent investment!

Staff skipped room make-up on one day.

I stay mainly at Comfort Inn because their beds are amazing!

I was disappointed in the breakfast grab bags. There have always been a great variety of different breakfast foods when I've stayed before. They said it was because of Covid. But a granola bar, a muffin, apple and water wasn't that appealing. Coffee was lukewarm. No juice that I saw anywhere.

Our room was right by the elevator. The room was ok for a 3 star. We travel and live abroad, so most of our hotel stays are at 5 star and a couple of 7 star. So, your hotel was good.

When I called to the front desk, the phone would ring and ring until I would hang up.

Clean ,well kept property. Easy access.

False advertising of a breakfast was very disappointing . I was wondering why no other families were booking there. The parking lot was vacant, accept for a few commercial drivers staying over. Every were else we stayed they had some choice of an advertised breakfast. Advertising for over a year you have a breakfast like most other hotels is probably why the other hotels in the area had more cars in the parking lot.

Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Water pressure was amazing.

We were not aware that the hot breakfast was no longer offered. I did not see it stated on the website. A sack breakfast was available for all guests. We have stayed at several hotels during Covid and the hotels still provided hot their hot breakfast.

Room was large and allowed us to lounge with out being on top of each other. Beds were very comfortable. Room had a large refrigerator and microwave. Very clean. Will definitely book again.

Covid protocol was extreme. Plastic shields over check in desks, tables placed in front of desk, masks required and front doors locked until you are buzzed in. Can't wait for this mess to be over with.
