Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake

I’ve been coming to this Location since my Kids were young now I’m able to bring my Grandson to this same location safe and clean needs a Lil update pool was very dirty had a dead frog in it to much Corey maybe we need to do some Seasalt water !!! But Mrs. Nicole made my check in smooth and fast also made sure she was available for all me a my Lil 1 needs Thanks Nicole her smile meant everything!

The Buffett staff was very nice except for the 1 that actually cooked the omelettes was very rude Whalen I say she never spoke back you ask her a question never responded as though she didn’t understand you at all also when you told her your order she put what she wanted on there twice wow

View was great and location was perfect!

There was some confusion on my rate thru booking.com. They initially charged me way more than the booking.com rate at check in. I asked to have it corrected, but they said we could do it at checkout. Instead, they went ahead and charged the whole amount that was incorrect. Pretty frustrating...when I went to go check out, they said it never got corrected. So they recharged me another 2 nites...Ugh! It finally got straightened out after a few days, but I had to stay on them...Very Frustrating!

everything was great except the swimming pool it has some very dangerous rocks in it that cut one of my kids and other kids that where in it they should check that out .

everything was great except that the first night we had a misunderstanding and they had changed our dates and the manager for that night did not do anything to accommodate or book us that night she just simply said that there were no rooms Available to be honest I felt discriminated,we left but than I came back to the desk and spoke with a very nice lady there and asked her if she could look and see if they had more rooms available and she actually booked us 2 kings with pull out sofas she was very nice and helpful .The manager from that night didn’t do nothing to help my family and I so sad .other than that we had a good stay and we even stayed a second night also breakfast was great nice staff .

located perfect near the space center, and the breakfast was more then perfect too! and also the very hot water in the shower was perfect! The team was kind, and great that the parking was free. the room was nice and clean.

I’m so sorry 🙏🏻 I really could not stand the smell of the hotel 😔 the smell of the strong clean material, the moment we walked in. it felt horrible for me. maybe you need to add to that some kind of perfume 😔 sorry 🙏🏻 also dinner we ate was a bit low 🙏🏻

Very comfortable, good location, very clean.

Didn't care much for the restaurant. We both had the steak and frites. Steak was very bland, over cooked and super chewy for both of us. One was ordered medium well, and the other was medium rare. It was just overpriced for the quality we got. I don't mind paying extra or more, if the food is worth it. This was not. The view from the restaurant was beautiful though.

It's very close to NASA Space Center, & is beside an "ocean" view, is very large with many rooms, & has a wonderful Sunday brunch with lovely water views. Also, it's 3 bridges away from a delightful, delicious seafood "Classic Cafe", open for 37 yrs!

A male employee/speech impediment, hanging around the reception area was "spying", overly "suspicious" & odd acting; he made me feel uncomfortable whenever I waited for my husband to join me. Otherwise, we liked the hotel & employees, waitresses & maid. The hotel is older so carpet needs stretching, & surrounding rooms are noisy but it's also reasonably priced for being so close to NASA.

The staff was amazing, professional yet friendly and made my family feel at home. We picked up an air mattress for my extra child but the room was so massive it fit with no problem! Then, the view was fantastic. We were able to see the New Year's fireworks over the water right from our room! On top of that we were right down the street from the NASA Space Museum.

When we first arrived, the room was permeated with the smell of Marijuana. I brought my air purifier and it rid the room after about 30 minutes. Even with the Pure air filter already provided.

We were upgraded to a lake view which was so beautiful. The staff was so friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated with a space theme and modern touches.

They had some repair patchwork throughout the room that looked unprofessionally done and was quite tacky.

We had an "Ocean View" - sunset and sunrise was perfect!

Although this wasn't the hotel's fault, there was a suspicious man just hanging out (by his vehicle) who had a special interest in our truck. As we watched him from up above - he moved closer and closer and just stood feet away from it. Once my husband sounded the alarm he quickly went back to his vehicle. Our phone in our room was not working (they could hear us but we could not hear them) - it delayed the response in the security staff being able to confront the man. He left but we did not sleep well - keeping an eye on our vehicle.

I like the exceptional clean facilities

The fact that the smoke alarm was tampered with prior to our arrival but I got charged for a damaged smoke detector when I know for fact no body touched the thing
