It was walking distance from the boardwalk. It was quiet with a convenience store close. walking distance to most restaurants. The rooms were neat and clean. No frills and I got coupons to local restaurants. The staff was available and the rooms were big enough to move around in.

If I nit pick... there were a few areas around the exterior and office that were in disrepair. (almost exclusively behind the desk. The vending machine is broken and looks gross. Parking was not ideal. But just finding thing. I really have no major complaints.

The place is older, but was very nice. There is no breakfast of any kind for someone looking for that. Your literary 200ft from bordwalk and restaurants so very convenient to never get in your vehicle until you leave from your stay. Owner was very nice. If your going and want a quiet place traffic is very noisy and bands from restaurants so stay somewhere around Kemah. But if your looking for nightlife perfect spot, you can walk. If your a picky person go stay at a 5star because you won't be happy!!So I didn't take any pics, just didn't have much time but will be back!!

THE LOCATION is PERFECT! We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and attractions easily. The staff was nice, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. There is a convivence store right across the street so that was helpful also.

There is alot of road noise, but that of course is no fault of the hotel. I did not go to get breakfast so I am not sure there was any.

I loved the location; however, I didn't take into account how close it is to the boardwalk. It was more noisy than I would have preferred but that is not the hotel/staffs fault. The staff was exceptionally accommodating to our needs and helped us with our truck and trailer for parking. Our ceiling fan in the room wasn't working so they gave us a large plug in fan that helped. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we go back to Kemah.

Location was great! Beautiful view of the water, and sailboats. Super close to the Kemah Boardwalk. Very clean. Very nice staff.

Rooms aren't very sound proof. We could hear the TV and people in the room next to us pretty loudly until 2 or 3 in the morning. . Second night we just kept the AC on constant fan and that helped a little.

It was walking distance very close to attraction and lots of restaurants to choose from

There was construction going on and it was difficult to get in and out of the parking lot with lots of detour and lots of noise during the day

The convenience of the property to nearby restaurants and venues. It was pleasant and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

There was a small seating area that had a possible pool or jacuzzi we wished it was opened but looked like it had been shut down for a few years. Not much of a dislike but just an observation

LOCATION

Love the location but it’s little pricey for me because it’s a little older and I had to bring my own conditioner. I just needed a place to sleep after a day of sailboat racing. But I understand why the price is what it is, the location is worth it so I’m not giving a bad review.

The location is excellent- walking distance to the boardwalk and many bars. The rooms were very clean and had updated modern furnishings and decor. The bed was very comfortable.

The outside needs some refurbishment. Lots of street noise late at night and early morning due to proximity of major road.

No breakfast at this location. I was looking for a pet friendly hotel. Web searches kept coming up with this location. But when we arrived we were told no pets. Person at the desk Ed charged us an extra fee to have our dog because we promised he was not a barker. Person at the desk was very accommodating.
