The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Our room was on the front next to the street, we heard very little road noise. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

I did not like having to pay a parking fee, when it was not a parking garage or valet parking. It was just a normal parking lot for the hotel. I feel I paid enough for the room , should not have paid $15 a night for parking.

Staff was very well versed in directions to the B places we wanted to go, for food and entertainment. They were very friendly and gave us a room with a balcony ! We enjoyed our stay very much !

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The room was spacious. Bathrooms where clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Bed comfy. Like there was a balcony. The area was close to downtown/ river walk. Gated hotel after hours. They didn’t ask for a huge deposit. That was nice.

Nothing was bad. Maybe add a vending machine where the ice machine is. Room was little pricy for the night. $10 parking fee. No free breakfast but understandable.

Everything was good, HEB store located on the next block, with a variety of good foods to choose from, parts of the riverwalk was in walking distance. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping were always on site to take care of any of your needs.

I feel that breakfast should be added free for all guest, there was a $12.00 charge for breakfast. Also, I was not able to get the iron hot enough.

Overall it was a great place to stay. They even went out of the way to make sure the halls were cool for guest during an a/c issue (rooms a/c were working)

I understand uprise in cost, especially during busy times, but considering there isn't a continental breakfast and the breakfast option is limited and pricey, you have a hard time not making this an only option hotel instead of an all the time hotel as it should be.

Close to river walk and market square. HEB store was just across the street. Hotel was clean and staff was wonderful. Pool and outdoor area was nice. Was clean and well kept property. Would stay again for sure.

The set up of the room was odd. Could have furniture in different spots.

Bathroom didn’t have a vent. $15 parking fee to park in the hotels parking lot. It was an unsecured, uncovered parking area with a notice that said they are not responsible for damages or theft.

This hotel is extraordinarily convenient to the major highways and downtown. Newly updated room was very nice. The entrance/exit to the wing we were in was near our room. The bathroom was clean.

It was slightly confusing driving in and out due to construction projects on the street as well as in the hotel.

Vicinity to Market Square, walking distance. Cafe was very nice and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful with anything needed.

Noise level after midnight. Patrons allowed to party and play loud music after midnight. should at least have quiet hours after midnight
