Location and how it was operated during a festive weekend lots of fun .lots of security

Tried talking a shower but hot water would go in and out and was mostly cold. Asked if I could get some type of credit but the answer was I should have told front desk as soon as it happened. Wife to cold shower and was not happy. I waited till the morning and it worked , but faucets need to be worked on and need to have a c symbol for cold and h for hot. Instead we had to take a chance what would come out. I would love to stay there again, but not having any type of credit of just sorry for the inconvenience would have helped 200 dollars is a lot for a night would expect to have cold water when you want it or in this case hot. . .

The customer service was out of this world! Patience, kindness, integrity, and professionalism were the best characteristics of this team at this location. I also LOVE the CLEANLINESS of this hotel. Although the building and roo.s were older, the true CLEANLINESS showed. I value CLEANLINESS, customer service, patience, and integrity more than the age of a building.

It's hard for me to say I didn't like something here, but of course, there's always a little bad with good. The restroom is smaller than most. It was a challenge for us in the room. The building needs some paint, updates, and some maintenance. Yet, even with these little things, I plan to return to this hotel.

Great location! Food places all over within walking distance. The view was beautiful, Sara was amazing, I called the day before the Russ SANTIAGO Short Film Premiere to confirm my booking and ensure there was a smoking room available for me, Sara went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met before checking in. Once my sister and I arrived exhausted from a long road trip, Sara offered fresh coffee and a speedy check-in with the proper directions to our room w/o the map!

The light in the common bathroom area was very dim, might need the light changed.

I loved the reception, the breakfast, and how everything was very hospitable. It was a very good hotel experience overall. Parking was included free with the hotel stay, which is a big bonus in this part of town.

On the day I was leaving, there were two or three rather big roaches in my room. I believe they came from outside as the rooms are partitioned with direct outdoor access; so, no fault on the room. Still, it was quite disconcerting.

Breakfast was good. Room was good and comfortable. Very spacious bathroom, seating/desk area was good and the bed was comfortable with good pillows. The location was PERFECT. Right across the street from Market Square, restaurants and other shopping. It was only a 15-minute walk to the Riverwalk and adjoining eating locations.

For the price, the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. There was one microwave in the lobby which was open for use, so that helped. However, keeping our drinks cold or leftovers stored, would have been nice.

Well upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very friendly. I was happy that when given my room key card, I was also given a bottle of sanitizer and a map of the areas around close by. I also noticed they are following all precautions for covid. The room was definitely in order. Very clean had everything we needed inside. No problems whatsoever and we had a good view of the city. It was a comfortable two day stay and definitely will return in the future. Thank you for making our stay feel safe. I also noticed the security guard who would walk the premises to check around to make sure everyone was safe. I love that they have free parking and are pet friendly. Really appreciated that. Overall was a great stay and definitely will come back and stay again.

I really have no complaints other than Maybe the shower water pressure being a little rough, but not anything we couldn't deal with. It was just a little stingy being that it was a strong pressure. I wasn't too thrilled on the parking , the cars are pretty tight next to each other. Also would like to have a small fridge, wasn't sure if those were available for the rooms or not.

Loved the location! walking from all the major attractions..the room was spacious.. with all basic facilities Couldn't be a better location for my first ever trip to san antonio

The ac wasn't working well for some reason but the front desk staff was very cooperative in finding a way out of it

We loved this hotel. Rooms were a great size and I didn't hear anybody the time we were staying there. Informed clearly on check in that daily services have to be requested which was totally fine by us, we just changed towels with the housekeeper who was servicing the room next to ours, she was polite and asked if we needed anything else also. Pool area was great on a super hot day, beds comfy and only a 5/10 min stroll to the Riverwalk! So worth the price we paid. Best LQ we have stayed in so far.
