I loved the location. It was close to where we need to be and getting in out the facility was very good. Clean on the outside and inside. The parking was free and big it was around the building. We only stayed one night it was last minute trip and i will recommend and will return in the future. We had the king suite on the fourth floor nice balcony view and after a hot day well spend at SeaWorld we were tired and just wanted to shower and sleep. The staff was very welcoming nice and professional check in and out was fast. Our room had the ac on and clean. The beds nice and comfy, the room was big clean towels and stocked.Very close to Riverwalk and restaurants. I was afraid of running into some of the reviews with poor ratings but thankfully not. 10/10 overall

No comment very happy with my stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, staff was very welcoming and they provided wonderful service. We booked this hotel for the price and location through booking.com and were happy with our choice. The breakfast buffet was included in our booking and they had many options as well full service in the restaurant providing coffee and juice. In the morning we took a dip in the pool which was very well maintained and had it all to ourselves. We would definitely stay there again ☺️

Parking, Staff and the room

prior to arriving, i started sneezing. i pin pointed the issue right away, there was alot of dust on the AC vent, i cleaned it myself with a towel. next day there was a cockroach crawling on the wall, i killed it and it fell behind the sofa, when i moved the sofa to pick it up, there was three dead crispy crickets. The water was not getting hot, but once the issue was reported the maintenance staff was quick to respond. My over all experience was great besides those minor issues with the cleaning.

Was put in room 301, next to elevator. I thought this was very convenient, however, the hot water did not work in our room the entire weekend. The hotel was completely sold out due to Fiesta so we were forced to take cold showers from Thursday to Sunday.

This was our go to place to stay in San Antonio before Covid. they were closed for 3 years but the location is excellent and the room was very comfy.

little details only- hot tub was not functional and there were people just hanging around the entrances away from the lobby. seemed as if they were waiting to follow someone else in through the locked doors. reported to the evening desk attendant who seemed indifferent.

Free parking! And we enjoyed that it was walking distance to the Mercado and less than a 5 min drive with Uber to the Riverwalk. The pm staff, one word AMAZING! Rob at the front desk and Veronica at the bar made our stay one of the best!! Thank you!!

We were expecting to utilize the shuttle as we had before, (reason why we booked there again) but it was out of service!

Very comfortable beds. We stayed here last month and it was very nice- that’s why we chose it over better priced accommodations.

Swimming pool was cloudy-water pressure wasn’t great- had to have the room key reprogrammed or replaced Three times. Smoke detector needed battery and beeped about every 45 seconds until replaced.

20 min walk to Riverwalk and Alamo. 5 min walk to city center. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Shower was terrible, mostly blocked so spray was very hard where water could get through, and very wasteful of water. Pool was beautiful but not maintained, and jacuzzi jets didn't work.

Everything about it was nice w had a connecting room and it worked out pretty nice

One thing i did not like was that the pool was not cleaned while i was there the little one foot pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned

Great location to drive into, and a nice walk to the Alamo and river walk. Great value for money, great facilities but ran out of time to use the pool.

Plates at breakfast were very grubby and prices very expensive
