Love how the hotel is right by the Riverwalk, for easy access and has a great view for when lounging by the lobby Complimentary Breakfast had a lot to choose from like Waffles, Danishes, Fruits Love how the hotel bathroom has a full bottle of body lotion by the vanity, as well as refillable shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, mounted to the shower wall.

SofaBed could've been better, if the mattress was replaced. No support as it's been flattened after been used many times. Shower Head in the bathroom could've been scrubbed, since there's noticeable buildup of deposits.

Location to everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable beds and suite accommodated our needs. Kids loved the waffles. Loved coming home to suite after our daily excursions. Hotel is a little old, but very beautiful. Could use more staff. Could tell housekeeping was overwhelmed. Valet team were cordial and accommodating as was front desk and breakfast staff.

Room hadn't been vacuumed, obvious cake crumbs on floor. Shower head was broken. Only faced outwards and wet up floor if used. Tub had rings around it when we got there; had not been cleaned. Tub was peeling. My partner had to request cleaning supplies to make room comfortable to sleep the first night. Didn't have enough towels for 5 guests, only three, had to repeatedly go get or ask for additional towels. TV had limited channels that showed same shows over and over again.

I thought the breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was amazing. Individuals working at the hotel were extremely friendly and our suite room was big.

The valet parking was a nightmare, not the fault of those driving and picking up the cars, but the process. It was obvious that no one understood how the parking worked. I personally waited in line for 1 of 4 luggage carts for 46 minutes and then had to try to get back up to my room to wait another hour to get back to the lobby. It was a mess and people were upset. Also, there was much luggage that was not unattended for large amounts of time. Probably not too safe.

Staff was friendly. Check in was smooth. Rooms were nice. Rooftop pool was nice. Extra blankets & pilows in the room were appreciated. Coffee being available 24/7 was a nice touch. Loved the easy access of the snack area that was always stocked with fresh sweet and salty treats and a variety of beverages.

I did not like that breakfast service ended at 9:30am. I would of appreciated a vat of water available instead of having to purchase bottled water. Obtaining a ride to venture outside of the Riverwalk was difficult.

All the staff were excellent and super friendly. The breakfast crew were awesome. It was in a great location and the room was huge, WiFi speedy and beds super comfy. I also love that there was always free coffee in the foyer and comfy seating. And the laundry app which told you when machines were free/wash was completed was handy!

The room was a tiny bit dark and it would have been great to have water/ice station on the floor. But there was always water in the lobby 😁

Location! Location! Location! Right on the Riverwalk with easy access to so many things. Breakfast area looked over the Riverwalk which was an added bonus. The breakfast staff were so kind and friendly, they even provided suggestions for activities in San Antonio. Our suite had a full fridge so we were able to keep our snacks and beverages cold. The freezer even had an icemaker - thus no walking the halls to find one. The valet was a convenient parking experience.

We enjoyed the friendly staff at the hotel. They would always say something to you when they walked by and had a smile on their face. They were able to assist us with any questions or concerns that we had while we were there. The valet was very prompt in getting our car when we requested it. The location was exactly what we were looking for, on the Riverwalk but not exceedingly busy. I would not hesitate to book here again.

It was a great location. Opened my curtains and right there was the Riverwalk. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. It served a hot breakfast every morning and snacks on Wednesday evenings. Had Valet parking so I didn't have to worry about my car being broke into. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I go back on vacation to San Antonio. And it was pet friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was a wonderful room and hotel. With wonderful staff and a great location.

The location was great. It was an easy walk to the Alamo, restaurants on the Riverwalk and to the San Fernando Cathedral. I enjoyed the extra space having a suite provided, it felt more homey.

There was only one window in my suite, in the bedroom, so it felt a little closed in. However, it wasn't a big deal since by the time I got back to my suite after a long day a clean, comfortable place to relax was want I wanted. I wasn't a big fan of the breakfasts. The eggs and meats were always cold.

Breakfast, spacious breakfast area. Valet was friendly and helpful. Front desk agents were okay. Loved the spacious room. Bed was comfortable.

The room needed some serious updating. Hot water was in short supply. Bathroom needed an overhaul. Stains in tub, paint job could be a lot better.
