The stay was fine. The hotel itself was beautiful. Loved that it was right on the Riverwalk! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy that part of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had no choice but to pay for parking or valet. There was lots of construction going on so the hotel was hard to get to and for someone who has never been before it was very stressful. Did not have any complementary toiletries ie: toothbrush, comb, etc so if you forgot anything you would just have to wait to go buy it. I have never had any hotel not have anything even really cheap ones.

The pool was so warm! Spacious room and comfy beds. The gym was supplied with high end machines and equipment. Excellent location.

The amount of single use plastic and polystyrene at breakfast was grotesque. This is a high quality hotel with lots of high end features and the enjoyment of breakfast was significantly reduced by not only using the disposal items but seeing the magnitude of waste generated daily. The valet parking is ~$45/day with no other options at the hotel for self parking. I parked for $15/day in a locked multistory covered lot close by. This was a frustrating extra step. Why not just provide affordable on site self parking.

Our room was very roomy. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was wonderful, with great selections on both sides. The view of the Riverwalk was excellent. The pool is on the rooftop, also overlooking the Riverwalk.

When we arrived, our toilet didn't flush. We called the front desk, and we were told they were doing something with the pipes. But it took a while before we could flush. We needed sheets for the sofa bed and other supplies, but had to call several times before getting what we needed. Parking was $47 a night.

Perfect location! Quiet end of the Riverwalk but walkability was great. Room was a great size for our big family & we loved the large fridge and real dishes. Beautiful hotel and the pool area was dreamy. Gorgeous views at breakfast while eating and was provided large variety of options daily. The 24 hour tea & coffee came in handy. The key coded elevators & pool on the second floor made us feel so safe. Staff was so friendly & accommodating. Everyone made you feel welcome. We will tell all of our friends & we will be back

Breakfast was delicious and love the variety every day they had different options. The waffle 🧇 machine was my kids favorite 😻 location was perfect 😍 had access to the river walk 👏 it was a great experience 🙏🏻

Maybe a bigger pool , it was always busy but cute 🥰 it is a kids safe pool only 3ft deep it worked perfect for us because we have little kids. But maybe a 2nd pool would be a good option. We did like the pool very convenient for us for our kids. Kids loved it 🥰

Some things i really liked was the house keeping for the hotel because they cleand the room and even left extras in there.

We did not like that the Hotel did not have its own parking garage in the location . Valet parking felt forced to pay because we did not have another choice , we were told the parking spaces were 3 blocks away from the hotel had we wanted to park our vehicle ourself .

Breakfast was big and had a lot of variety. The location was perfect. On the river and close to everything but still quiet and beautiful. The pool was perfect and the rooms were a great size and had lots of things we needed. We loved the location and ease of getting to the river walk.

The only downside was the beds. It was very uncomfortable and almost felt like it was sloped inward. I don’t know if both beds were the same. But the one we slept it was very uncomfortable.

Everything was very close and liked how the river walk was easy access. Great breakfast and the staff was very friendly.

I got confirmation that we were going to have a bathtub. We have a special needs child and a bathtub was a must, I received an email from the hotel confirming. Once we checked in, front desk told us that they dont have any bathtubs at all in the rooms, only stand-alone showers.

Great views, very clean and housekeeping did an awesome job. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing more.

One elevator wasnt working which lead to crowds. Booking.com needs to state more clearly EXACTLY what your getting when you book a room. I have booked 20+ stays with you and this was the first time the room did not match the description. I thought the room had 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed. It did not. It was 1 queen and 1 full size sofa bed. Disappointing but it ended up working out. Would stay here again.

The property was definitely clean all the way around. The way it is decorated and our favorite part is that the patio leads directly to the river walk. The security is great too, you have to scan your hotel card to ride an elevator, get access to public restrooms, the pool and the gym.

The only thing I didn’t like was the construction around the area that made it a little tricky to find the hotel.
