I love the location right on the river walk! The staff where just wonderful! SAID helped me with an issues I had through booking.com he was so helpful and kind as we worked the issues out.

parking was costly but if you park across the street it’s cheaper

We loved the location. Everything was a short walk away. The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. My children loved the pool. I loved the restaurants. Breakfast from four brothers was delicious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely booking with the Omni the next time we visit San Antonio.

The only negative is that the pool bar was shown as open until 7pm on weekends but when my husband I walked in at 6pm they were putting everything up and ignored us. Tried again the next day and they said they were closing early because it was slow

It was close to everything, right on the river, and the staff were so friendly & helpful in suggesting things to do and see. The pool was so peaceful and quiet, a very nice place to relax and have dinner. The bar had nice coffee and drinks in the evening. The rooms were amazing and comfortable and the cleaning staff were so nice and helpful. By the end of our stay, we knew almost everyone's name and they knew us! Definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully we can come back in the future!

No breakfast, no laundry. They had a restaurant you could pay for breakfast but there were other better options around the hotel since everything was so close.

The staff was friendly, kind, professional and we didn’t want to leave them. They greeted us every morning and afternoon when we got out of/in to the elevator. The location was perfect. We were able to walk out the back door to the river and have access to all of the stores/restaurants and boat ride. Close to the Alamo as well.

That we had to leave them. We ate at The Four Brothers for breakfast and dinner everyday. The staff ( Isaiah/Nico/the front desk ladies/Manager Sophia) always greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. THE BEST!!

We really enjoyed our clean room and hotel in general. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location right on the Riverwalk. It was easy to pull in to valet and get to our room. The staff was very accommodating and extremely pleasant. It makes you feel like royalty.

Everyone seemed to use the same elevator. I’m not sure how many total are on property. Maybe it was just convenient or everyone was in the same vicinity on each floor. Elevator way times were long and were crowded on most days.

The location was fantastic! Every single person on staff was helpful, pleasant and courteous. We decided to go ahead and upgrade our room at check in to River view and I’m so glad we did. even though we had a “shared balcony” we didn’t see any neighbors so it was basically all ours. it was so nice to have the view and outdoor space to relax and people watch! the thick door and curtains kept 99% of the sound out and late night crowds didn’t bother us at all. the restaurants and bars we tried, in the hotel and around, were all fantastic and the hotel is in a great spot on the riverwalk so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! the Pool area was lovely and cozy, water was the perfect temp to cool you off in the hot Texas heat. Beds were comfy, pillows too. Roomy and spacious room with plenty of square footage for the family to spread out. I can’t say enough great things about this property! so pleased I booked it!

only draw back to the room we upgraded to was that we went from Queen beds (that I originally booked) to “Double” beds. I didn’t think we’d even notice but was feeling a little cramped during the night when hubby spread out in his sleep. just personal preference. but the room was still worth it!

The views were excellent and so was the location. I loved the architecture of the hotel. The whole hotel looked like art and was picture-perfect. It was so stunning, I was in awe. The view of the river walk from my bedroom balcony was spectacularly breathtaking! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The mattress and the pillows weren't that comfortable because I already have back issues and usually bring my pillow with me, but this time I forgot. If you like soft fluffy pillows, then you're good. I like firmer pillows because of my low back pain. My husband on the other hand was fine and slept really well. Also, there wasn't any fitted sheet on the bed, so the mattress was showing, which was kinda weird for me personally since I'm a little OCD, but I tried not to notice it that much. Also, that didn't bother my husband so it could just be me.

Very beautiful hotel located directly at the riverwalk. It also includes a balcony overlooking the riverwalk directly. A great spot to relax and enjoy the lively evenings at the riverwalk. Also the inner courtyard with the pool is great and relaxing. From the location you can explore the whole riverwalk by foot and also reach the Alamo on a very scenic route. The Valet Parking works awesome and we never had any problem to get our car quickly. We drove a big suburban and it was no issue at all to park this car.

The bathroom is a little bit small and water is leaking out into the bathroom when showering

Amazing experience - from accommodating our room requests, the layout of the hotel, the direct access to the river walk, to the helpfulness of the staff this was just a wonderful weekend away! We had rooms right at the pool side. Everything was kept so clean and tidy. Valet parking: $49 a night Direct access to the Riverwalk Very close to main attractions (walking distance under 15 mins to Alamo and Legoland etc) Kid friendly meal options at all restaurants on the property.
