Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Antonio Medical Center, TX

I like that the hotel was central to everything that I needed to do that week. It was 10-15 minutes in any direction and I was exactly where I needed to be. Despite being right along the freeway, the room was quiet minus the occasional motorcycle. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but best of all -- that hotel breakfast was really good. I haven't had a hotel breakfast like that since before covid.

The one real let-down was the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time. I was directed to another hotel that the owner owns, and we went there, but that was more hassle than it was worth since that hotel pool wasn't as nice. It was open again the morning that we left. I suppose I can be happy that they care about the safety of their pool. I definitely wanted to use it.

I just needed a play to rest for the night (I stayed 4 nights), and the room felt very comfortable. There's an elevator, which is convenient. I was only on the second floor so I took the stairs and got to my room quickly. The staff is nice. I would stay here again.

The pillows are too low and do not have enough cushion. The bathroom is pretty spacious for one person, not two. FOR YOUR INFORMATION - If you place a "do not disturb" sign out of your room, cleaning services will not bring you new towels or clean your trash. But when I didn't place the sign, they came in and cleaned the trash which is good!

We loved the room and how at first glance it appeared clean and kept. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. This was a wonderful experience.

I was rather disappointed that there was only skim milk at breakfast. All the juices were out on our second day there also. The staff did go to the store for bottled juice to tide the patrons over though. Biggest thing for me though was no other option than skim milk. What about whole or two percent?

Breakfast was hot and great variety; coffee in the room was nice; location was very close to where we needed to be early the next morning. Staff at desk was friendly even though she had to stay over longer shift - professional. The price was great.

The head board in the room was peeling off...the staff person stated they were working on getting bids to fix as there were many of the headboards were like that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Bed was hard for my liking. Easy to hear everything going on in the hallways.Also I couldn't plug my phone charger into outlet, it would keep falling out. And this may be normal to most, but I was surprised to see a hold for the amount of my stay on my account after the fact I had already paid for the room.

Room was nice, the bathroom was awesome! Beds were comfy, room AC was awesome, breakfast good not the best but is COVID so it met the standard. Pool was clean and nice sunny area and shaded area. The overall rating for the stay was excellent. Just need to work on the trash can outside at night time and the carpet in the halls could have used a little vacuum action. Great staff, so nice. Very quiet! we slept very good, beyond good.

The hotel and was very clean and very quiet the bedrooms was very cozy for breakfast was precious that's why I come here or away from all that noise thank you for having us stay here Celeste

Well like I said I had no problems the staff was nice everyone was doing their job and it's just feels like it's cozy you have to say like if you're in your own home but quietness and it helps us to go to our appointments cuz we're out of town

Breakfast was good. Front desk was very helpful with anything I needed.

They have no tubs according to front desk. I had toddler who doesn’t shower and had an accident so that wasn’t ideal that couldn’t get a room with a bathtub. Other than that the stay was like any other hotel.

Our first night was miserable. Room 102 (beside mechanical room) you could hear a humming sound all night long. Next morning they were very accommodating and put us in a better room. Breakfast was very good. Front desk people were nice and friendly.

The location is great right off of interstate. With many restaurant options near by and a few miles from shopping centers and entertainment.

The king bed was a bit to stiff wasn't comfortable at all made for a restless night. The other thing the pillows were to small and didn't have any support you would sink in them and they would go flat and that was using 2 pillows made it uncomfortable if you wanted to use them for back support when trying to watch tv
