Location! clean inside the condo/apartment (except a/c vent covers need cleaning. . furniture was comfortable! kitchen was great for a quick bite. it had a scissor! wow that was the best! really, no sarcasm intended. it came in really handy.

need more than 1.5 rolls of Toilet paper. and 1/3 roll of paper towels. biggest problem was there stories up without an elevator. this was unknown to me. I had a knee replacement two months ago… so this was difficult. need to have a method of alerting or inquiring as to the accessibility of a unit prior to booking … please. if you do, I missed it.

The property was a perfect location for us, right in the middle of all our activities! My youngest absolutely loved that there was a playground close to our room, we played there multiple times! Loved that we were able to do laundry before heading home! Truly felt like home away from home!

The only issue we had was the shower head was too soft when it came to washing my daughters hair. I think a lot of it was just because how short she is, so it took longer to wash her hair then normal. Maybe a different shower head would help with water pressure!

The apartment was clean, very large and had almost all we needed. We loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer. The pool was ok and very fun.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.. Plus the upstairs neighbor was loud walking around at night but all things considered it was amazing! The pool was great but very dirty due to nearby trees and leaves that had fallen in.

location 3rd floor- i regular floor level as purpose of trip was medical treatment. missing patio blinds and scratches on walls and doors- and master bedroom door didn’t open or. lose properly. I am sure regular use- but I don’t want to be blamed- we took pictures upon arrival

it’s really comfortable. I didn’t hear a thing: you don’t feel like you’re in an apartment. I found everything we needed, from dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, pans of different sizes, etc. (things usually missing or incomplete in other properties)

The access gate to the whole complex was almost always open, maybe it was malfunctioning or something. whoever could have gotten in.

The location was central to where we needed to be. The accommodations were excellent - very spacious for a 1 bedroom and included everything you might need. The welcome cookies were a bonus

Parking inside the property was limited. There were no available spaces near the entrance of our unit. Had to walk in the rain while unloading the car.

It was home away from home. we had everything we needed for a enjoyable stay. The building was close to the pool and loved the balcony.

The pool wasn’t the cleanest and the water had a bad smell.

Location

The seating in the den was inadequate for a family of 6. The shower in the hall was broken, the kitchen could have been stocked better and the last night there was a rain storm and the ceiling leaked in the master bedroom.

The unit itself was comfortable and everything was in working order

The vertical blinds were in pretty bad shape. The gate at the entrance was always open, and there are wild cats and cat poop everywhere. Would be nice to get that stuff addressed.
