La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio I-35 N at Rittiman Rd

I have needed to stay in a hotel multiple times lately just miles from my RV at the RV park where it sits. Did I mention that I am a single woman, living in my RV? My air conditioner keeps going out and the deadly temperatures in San Antonio, Texas are way to dangerous for anyone without proper lodging. Most of the money my I have is being used to make the repairs on my "home on wheels". However, the awesome deals on booking.com and the wonderful staff, friendly family environment and super groovy continental breakfasts have proved to make each of my stays at La Quinta by Wyndham more like a mini vacation!! Even my 2 cats (my furry kids) hate to leave when it's time to go home. A special thank you to the Rittiman Rd. location employees and 2 thumbs up to Booking.com! I loved the staff. The man that checked me in on the 21st was so sweet, he moved me from upstairs to downstairs with a smile and when I apologized he said, "it is no problem at all." With a smile. And the lady that set the breakfast up, she did it with a smile and greeted everyone she saw. She also made sure that there was always enough food out for the guests. Very sweet woman. And the woman that checked us out did it with a smile. The staff was great. If I could give them a 10 star I would.

The Staff is great.. no bitter Betty's working here... Brittany was the greatest and accommodated my check in time.. life saver. Willie was great too infact everyone was nice and helpful including housekeeping. I've stayed in lots of hotels between El Paso Dallas and San Antonio... And ya I look for the best cheap deal and sometime places be a bit scary.. then staff tend to be hateful rude unhappy trolls .. but not here... Cheap rate and everyone was friendly

Rooms need a good cleaning... Why does AC in all hotels get forgotten. But ya a good ol clean is needed

I like the staff but especially the managing my partner made a hole in the wall by accident by a light fixture and going at the end they were respectful they let me know I paid I was taken care of and it was done professionally so I gave the managing Department props what I also like is the maintenance and the people that walk around that work there taking care of the vehicles and making sure that other people don't come in that are not allowed make me feel safe recommend it to anybody Thank you so much. Night staff was very friendly. Affordable compared to other properties in the area.

When asked to send housekeeping to room in the morning, was told housekeeper wasn’t available and they would see what they could do to bring toiletries or replace towels/sheets after a few days. Not once did housekeepers come. The night staff had to exchange or replenish the requested items.

The 1st room we stayed in #117 the bathtub was clogged, The 2nd room#120 was much nicer... The rooms have very few electric plugs to charge your cell phone, we had to unplug the lights to use the phone charger. The breakfast was good.

The manager and other customers service was awesome very professional pleasant attitude it very well kept for the most part remodeled rooms are 👍

Yes I made a previous review regarding my past stay it was handle the best to management capabilities I still feel I do couple free night's due to the length of my stay not understanding not understanding I haven't built up much rewards due to silly rules of thumb to how you do your booking regardless I am still staying at you hotel I should gain points regardless who you book through is a bummer all in all it was a pleasant stay professional well kept satisfied customer all in all

WiFi thru out the whole motel, staff is friendly and very accommodating, comfortable bed, and free breakfast, and pet friendly.

Smell of weed coming from our bathroom, had to keep the vent on and continuously spray and keep bathroom door closed. I didn't like that some of the guests just allowed their dogs to roam off leash, while their owners stayed indoors, and the key cards some times deactivates so have to go reactivate them at front desk.

The staff here at La Quinta was so helpful. Ms.Stacy was awesome with checking me in and answered any questions i had. Mario&Gill was fast and almost immediately came to fix the issue with the tub.. will most definitely be my number 1 hotel here on out🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not really besides the quest leaving their laundry in the washer for 5 or 6 after the wash was finished..

I personal love and will stay at any La Quinta staff is always so amazing and accommodating. My far the best hotel line to stay at when I travel and never issues with paying at the property when arriving and using debit card.

The beds were a lil uncomfortable. Saw a few roaches.
