SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio Airport

The room is large and convenient for 4 members in my family. The staff is very friendly. There is a problem about charging. However, the staff and the manager there was very nice and happy to help customers.

The ice maker machine at the 3rd floor doesn’t work. So we have to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. We have 2 days staying at the hotel, but no hotel housekeeping. Except those 2 problems, everything is good.

Excellent staff. Friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast choices. Nice size room. Overall very comfortable and good location to travel to downtown San Antonio. Lamps needed new light bulbs.

Carpet could have been cleaned. Blinds were old and there was peeling paint on the ceiling by the window. Trundle bed could have been cleaned and fresh sheets.

Location is fabulous. This is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to use this property every time we fly out of SA airport. The room is very comfortable and the amenities are spot on. The value is the best in town. We have left our car here now for a second time and no other place beats the rate. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

I liked everything about the hotel. It was really pretty and clean. And the service was great and the staff was really nice. I really recommend this hotel.

The only thing was that it would be perfect if there were a little bit of more options for breakfast, like packages or waffles and stuff like that. But the other foods were good too.

Nothing because the hotel does not meet up to Marriot standard.

Dirty bed sheets, old chairs in the room and corroded chairs in the lobby

the beds were very comfortable. disappointed with the breakfast buffet. No toast or bagels, also no brown sugar or butter for the oatmeal that was offered. i feel like for what I payed for two nights you should tell people that it’s more like a continental breakfast that a buffet.

comfortable beds, nice room set up. liked that the toilet room was separate from the shower room, liked the sliding doors as well. i feel like the bed skirting was old, falling off bed box.

it was great place to stay.

I had to ask for toilet paper because they didn’t have stocked up. Also some customers were getting goodie bags when checked in and I never received one. the room was not cleaned correctly I had trash in the restroom, bottle gatorades behind the tv. the breakfast toaster didn’t work.

The service , the space in the rooms. The beds were so soft . That there is complementary breakfast.

I made a reservation through booking.com for a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. But when i got there the room wasn't available, But the man at the front desk he went above and beyond to resolve the problem evendough our family had to be in 2 different rooms, our stay was delightful .

The breakfast was great. The location was great.

The pool was not working and has not been working for a period of time. I think that this should be noted when looking for a place. That was part of what our activities included , letting the kids swim in the pool.

very clean and very nice employees. picked hotel because the toilet is separate from shower so multiple people can get ready at the same time

the door on the bathroom and the shower are frosted glass - so people in room can see the shadows of people in shower and bathroom. wish the breakfast selection was a tad bigger. the mini fridge only cools for 2 hours at a time, then has to be reset - kind of a pain.
