Hampton Inn and Suites San Antonio Airport

I loved the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and quickly helped with anything we needed. There was a problem in the computer with our reservation and the gentleman who checked us in corrected it before we were even aware of it. I was VERY impressed!

The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. The internet connection cut out all the time. I was very disappointed in the quality/strength of the WiFi.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious enough for a second plate. Everything was great and it was the best stay I’ve had. We been here twice already and I loved it so much. The cleaning was good and I loved how everything was placed for us. Pillows were fluffed and toilet paper was stocked. Shampoo and Conditioner smelt amazingly good!

No pillow in the closet ): just extra blanket but we good! 😊

the staff is not only wonderful but they were very professional and very kind! everything was clean pool area is fantastic! the room was beyond what we expected! very spacious and clean beds were comfortable. I haven’t slept that good in over a year. wonderful and relaxing for a couple of nurses just looking for some rest and get away! breakfast was great

I couldn’t stay longer

Overall the hotel and staff were wonderful and we were thrilled they allowed us to check in early. Also witnessed staff and management expertly team together to help a nasty guest that appeared to be checking in and was treating them both very rudely.

Large water leak on main floor from the ceiling was a bit concerning and scary. Noise from room above as a toddler ran the length of the room for hours - until well after 10 pm nightly. We did call the front desk and the family left for exactly one hour only to return and the running began again. Needed to rise early each day, so it was just an unfortunate thing that happened.

the location was perfect for me, it was my first trip alone. The staff was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. the breakfast was helpful, and the serving of hot tea and coffee all day was almost perfect.

the room was a bit out dated. The door made a really loud noise when opening and closing.

Shuttle service from the airport was excellent, we arrived at midnight and the shuttle was there within 10 to 15 minutes after we called. Quick ride to the hotel, very comfortable, nice, excellent breakfast friendly staff.

not to fond of my towels placed so low to the floor and on a shelf where the sink pipes are. the bed was not bad but not super comfortable. needs an upgrade

Everything was really great. Comfortable bed, great food.

No fridge nor microwave in my room. Not the hotel's fault, but the people next door were EXTREMELY loud, I could hear every word they said, screaming kids and parents. It was hard to fall asleep with how loud they were. So, maybe invest in thicker walls.

Breakfast was great! There were many options available for us. Location was perfect! Nice, quiet neighborhood. It was also near the highway for easy access and travel to sea world and Wal-Mart was just down the street to stop by if we needed anything for the family -in case of an emergency.

Front desk personnel upon our arrival said somethings that could've discouraged our stay, however, we decided to stay and had a great time overall!

The lady at the front desk was super nice! The breakfast was really good. Free coffee in the lobby all day long. Good location. Clean. Really good water pressure.

The doors are not very sound proof so i heard people walking down the halls and talking all night long. Could not get a good sleep.
